Hablar de izquierda y derecha en \u00e9pocas de globalizaci\u00f3n, es identificar por una parte a quienes est\u00e1n por un sistema econ\u00f3mico y social incluyente, fundamentado en los derechos humanos, los objetivos del milenio, y la Agenda del Desarrollo Sostenible, y las prestaciones sociales como lo estipula el articulo 1\u00ba de nuestra Carta Magna.<\/h4>\n

Solo a trav\u00e9s del trabajo decente y el salario digno, en paralelo a una educaci\u00f3n de alta calidad, identificada con los procesos productivos de alta competitividad, dar\u00e1n cause un bienestar social con una tendencia incremental\u00a0a los marginados tanto del campo como de la ciudad.<\/h4>\n

Por el otro lado est\u00e1n aquellos que han colocado a la econom\u00eda como los procesos sociales, y socio tecnol\u00f3gicos en la l\u00f3gica del mercado, sustentandolos en el llamado Consenso Washington, baluarte de las econom\u00edas neoliberales, colocando a las empresas trasnacionales como el motor de la econom\u00eda, cuyo \u00fanico inter\u00e9s en naciones como M\u00e9xico, son los recursos naturales y la mano de obra barata, as\u00ed como concesionarles regiones completas (zonas econ\u00f3micas especiales) a costa de expulsar a sus habitantes despoj\u00e1ndolos de sus tierras.<\/h4>\n

S\u00ed, son los tecn\u00f3cratas que se han posesionado de las instituciones, con la conciencia de un mundo para ricos, donde los beneficios de la tecnolog\u00eda y de la globalizaci\u00f3n solo son para los que poseen capital invertible, mientras que los costos recaigan en los trabajadores no calificados, y en los peque\u00f1os productores, tanto manufactureros como rurales sin tecnolog\u00eda ni capacidad de ahorro.<\/h4>\n

Son los neoliberales que han generado reformas p\u00fablicas privatizando el agua y los recursos de la biodiversidad, ampliando el papel del mercado, eliminando las barreras comerciales, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los l\u00edmites razonables, para atraer inversi\u00f3n extranjera, la cual no ha llegado como lo esperaban. El neoliberalismo deriva en que los ricos son m\u00e1s ricos en capital y menos en n\u00famero, mientras que los pobres son m\u00e1s pobres en condiciones y m\u00e1s personas desprotegidas del bienestar.<\/h4>\n

La desigualdad se traduce en la polarizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, \u00bfcuantos partidos est\u00e1n por continuar con el mismo modelo econ\u00f3mico neoliberal en M\u00e9xico? Solo hay dos PRI y el PAN bueno y un Buf\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n

Por otro lado est\u00e1 quien ha enarbolado la bandera de incluir a los m\u00e1s necesitados, a los despojados por la din\u00e1mica neoliberal, ustedes ya saben qui\u00e9n, <\/em>pero la moneda del cambio sigue en el aire, en una contienda que se caracteriza por los ataques personales, sobre todo a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales, En M\u00e9xico todo lo pol\u00edtico es personal y todo lo personal es pol\u00edtico, dice ILan Semo.<\/h4>\n

Mientras que la globalizaci\u00f3n sigue su marcha a velocidades inusitadas, siendo la ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda, la columna vertebral del desarrollo de las naciones que le han apostado al conocimiento.<\/h4>\n

Los temas cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gicos no son del dominio de nuestros pol\u00edticos los cuales ni siquiera se inmutaron ante el hackeo al Sistema de Pagos Electr\u00f3nico Interbancario (SPEI), que denota una alta vulnerabilidad no solo de ese sistema, sino del pa\u00eds entero, la respuesta del Banco de M\u00e9xico, fue la creaci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n de Ciberseguridad para atender la informaci\u00f3n que maneja, pero \u00bfy el resto del pa\u00eds?<\/h4>\n

Mientras que nuestro pa\u00eds carece elementos para enfrentar estos desaf\u00edos, Europa cuenta con el Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad, la Organizaci\u00f3n Europea de Ciberseguridad, como tambi\u00e9n la Directiva sobre Seguridad de Redes y Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n, En Washington est\u00e1 el Centro de Estudios Estrat\u00e9gicos e Internacionales, en Am\u00e9rica Latina el BID y la OEA est\u00e1n manejando el Modelo de Madurez de Capacidad de Seguridad Cibern\u00e9tica.<\/h4>\n

Ante esta tendencia, la UAEH se erigi\u00f3 en la primera Instituci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n Superior en Latinoam\u00e9rica, que tiene un posgrado en Internet de las Cosas<\/em>, que sumado a la participaci\u00f3n de alumnos e investigadores en proyectos de la NASA, a su oferta educativa de 113 programas, con una infraestructura acad\u00e9mica en 17 municipios de la entidad, donde estudian m\u00e1s de 46 mil alumnos a nivel medio superior, superior y posgrado, como el Doctorado en Salud y Alimentaci\u00f3n, la Gesti\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica e Inteligencia de Mercados, el Parque Cient\u00edfico y Tecnol\u00f3gico y su Observatorio Tecnol\u00f3gico, todo ello hacen de la UAEH la primera universidad del estado de Hidalgo con reconocimiento internacional.<\/h4>\n

Aun as\u00ed atacan a nuestros directivos que se distinguen por su visi\u00f3n del cambio y compromiso social, que\u00a0 han hecho de la UAEH una instituci\u00f3n incluyente y de alta calidad. \u00bfno lo cree usted?<\/h4>\n
