A partir de octubre de 2018, la City de Londres cubrir\u00e1 el 100 % de sus necesidades energ\u00e9ticas a trav\u00e9s de fuentes de energ\u00eda renovable, instalando paneles solares en los edificios, invirtiendo en proyectos solares y e\u00f3licos de mayor envergadura y comprando energ\u00eda limpia directamente de la red.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aunque ya no es una milla cuadrada, ahora m\u00e1s cerca de 1,12 millas cuadradas, la City de Londres es un importante centro financiero a nivel mundial.
