El kit viene con un conjunto de instrucciones y cantidades de alginato de sodio y lactato de calcio de la receta.<\/p>\n
El proceso es una t\u00e9cnica culinaria muy conocida. Hay cocineros en todo el mundo que utilizan la esferificaci\u00f3n para hacer de todo, desde delicadas burbujas de zumo de fruta, hasta caviar falso, pasando por\u00a0botellas de agua comestibles.<\/p>\n
<\/center>Es curioso, los dos productos qu\u00edmicos usados en este proceso son bastante comunes. Por ejemplo, el lactato de calcio es un ingrediente principal de los pepinillos y el alginato de sodio es usado por las algas marinas marrones para mantener sus paredes celulares. \u00a1Hasta huele a mar!<\/p>\nCuando se coloca una cucharada de la soluci\u00f3n de Alginato de Sodio en el ba\u00f1o de Lactato de Calcio, se dibuja una forma esf\u00e9rica y se desarrolla una membrana gelatinosa.<\/p>\n
Este proceso no s\u00f3lo es libre de pl\u00e1stico, sino que es s\u00faper seguro para ni\u00f1os o mascotas. Ambas sustancias qu\u00edmicas han sido estudiadas por s\u00ed solas y combinadas. Durante mucho tiempo se han considerado seguras y comestibles. La membrana creada por estos productos qu\u00edmicos es resistente a la descomposici\u00f3n por las enzimas digestivas humanas y los alginatos se clasifican como fibra diet\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n
