Es capaz de generar un 150% de la energ\u00eda necesaria para su mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto fue dise\u00f1ado por especialistas de un centro de innovaci\u00f3n y conocimiento del Reino Unido, liderado por la Universidad de Swansea. Ambos estar\u00e1n interconectados y podr\u00e1n compartir energ\u00eda entre s\u00ed y recargar veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Uno de los objetivos es demostrar c\u00f3mo el concepto podr\u00eda ser aplicado en una comunidad de energ\u00eda solar.<\/p>\n<p>La oficina activa est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para ser f\u00e1cil de montar, r\u00e1pida de construir, tardando s\u00f3lo una semana para terminarla. Este nuevo edificio nos permitir\u00e1 obtener datos y evidencias sobre c\u00f3mo se puede aplicar a una oficina, ayud\u00e1ndonos a perfeccionar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el dise\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los investigadores, hoy el 40% de la energ\u00eda brit\u00e1nica es consumida por los edificios.
