El ‘big data’ est\u00e1 transformando la educaci\u00f3n y la forma de acceder al mercado laboral: certificaciones como Linkedin o lo que digan de ti tus compa\u00f1eros pesan m\u00e1s que el CV.<\/p>\n

uchas empresas\u00a0est\u00e1n dejando de confiar en los curr\u00edculoscomo elemento a partir del cual considerar o descartar a candidatos. Es normal: la trepidante velocidad a la que cambian las cosas dejan obsoletas muchas titulaciones. El sistema educativo tiene que adaptarse a esta nueva realidad, as\u00ed como a las nuevas necesidades de los estudiantes. El reto es grande, pero abordable. Los datos nos pueden ayudar a configurar contenidos, renovar metodolog\u00edas y oxigenar la certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Fernando de la Rosa, protagonista de esta entrega de la serie #DataFutures, sostiene que la escuela tradicional encuentra grandes dificultades a la hora de detectar las necesidades y motivaciones espec\u00edficas de sus alumnos, algo esencial para poder brindarles una soluci\u00f3n a medida. M\u00e1s bien al contrario, los centros educativos \u201cvenden productos empaquetados\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cada vez m\u00e1s empresas buscan a sus candidatos en esta red social y comienzan a valorar lo que el entorno dice acerca de las habilidades y experiencias de un potencial empleado por encima de lo que indica un t\u00edtulo universitario.<\/p>\n
