Estaba mal el entorno de trabajo, la misi\u00f3n de la empresa, la cultura de sus empleados&#8230; Y todo por culpa de la cuarta revoluci\u00f3n industrial. \u201cSi no eres capaz de adaptarte, tienes un problema\u201d, advierte Esteban. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se arregla esto? Pues a\u00fan no puede decirse que est\u00e9 solucionado en el parque empresarial espa\u00f1ol. \u201cTodav\u00eda no estamos dedicando los recursos necesarios a cambiar la experiencia de los empleados\u201d, afirma Tejada. Sus interlocutores coinciden, y son los l\u00edderes en esta transici\u00f3n: los primeros de la clase.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"en_contenido\">\n<li><strong>La persecuci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En Accenture conocen bien las causas. Las han visto en algunos de sus clientes. \u201cTienen una agenda de transformaci\u00f3n del negocio muy enfocada hacia fuera. Sus conversaciones con recursos humanos son: \u2018\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacemos para seguir esta estrategia?\u2019. Te puedo asegurar que las personas ah\u00ed no estaban\u201d, sentencia Esteban. En resumen, hemos empezado la transformaci\u00f3n digital por el tejado: hemos volcado los recursos en transformar productos y servicios sin pensar en los empleados que los hac\u00edan posibles. \u201cUna f\u00f3rmula que nos est\u00e1 funcionando es poner todo en una \u00fanica agenda.
