{"id":12005,"date":"2018-10-01T08:34:32","date_gmt":"2018-10-01T14:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=12005"},"modified":"2018-10-01T08:34:56","modified_gmt":"2018-10-01T14:34:56","slug":"inteligencia-artificial-crea-moleculas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/ia\/inteligencia-artificial-crea-moleculas\/","title":{"rendered":"Inteligencia artificial \u201ccrea\u201d mol\u00e9culas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La inteligencia artificial se vuelve \u201ccreativa\u201d para dise\u00f1ar mol\u00e9culas nunca vistas en la naturaleza: las primeras, ya probadas con \u00e9xito en probeta, demuestran que las computadoras dotadas de \u201cimaginaci\u00f3n\u201d pueden convertirse en una herramienta valiosa para acelerar la b\u00fasqueda de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos, dise\u00f1ados en forma dirigida para golpear objetivos moleculares espec\u00edficos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esto se puede ver en una investigaci\u00f3n publicada en una edici\u00f3n especial de la revista Molecular Pharmaceutics dedicada por completo al papel de la inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de las terapias del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>El instrumento clave para dotar a las computadoras de creatividad son las nuevas Redes Antagonistas Generativas (Generative adversarial network, Gan), algoritmos de inteligencia artificial que \u201cchocan\u201d entre dos redes neuronales para poder crear y aprender autom\u00e1ticamente: propuestas en 2014 por el investigador Ian Goodfellow (que ahora trabaja para Google) representan la frontera m\u00e1s innovadora en el campo de la inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015 comenzaron a utilizarse en la manipulaci\u00f3n de fotos y videos, mientras que hoy abren una nueva era en la b\u00fasqueda de nuevos materiales y drogas.<\/p>\n<p>Lo demuestra tambi\u00e9n el estudio publicado por la empresa estadounidense Insilico Medicine, que desarroll\u00f3 un innovador sistema de inteligencia artificial creativo (llamado Ecaae, Entangled Conditional Adversarial Autoencoder) que permite generar nuevas estructuras moleculares dotadas de caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas, por lo que respecta al objetivo de golpear, la solubilidad y la facilidad de s\u00edntesis.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a este instrumento, los investigadores crearon los inhibidores que bloquean la prote\u00edna Janus Kinase 3 (JAK3) involucrada en las enfermedades como artritis reumatoide, la psoriasis y el vitiligo: pruebas en probeta, demostraron ser eficaces y selectivas.
