{"id":13162,"date":"2018-12-14T15:36:17","date_gmt":"2018-12-14T21:36:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=13162"},"modified":"2018-12-14T15:37:01","modified_gmt":"2018-12-14T21:37:01","slug":"ingenieria-robotica-la-carrera-con-paro-cero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/robt\/ingenieria-robotica-la-carrera-con-paro-cero\/","title":{"rendered":"Ingenier\u00eda rob\u00f3tica: la carrera con paro cero"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><span>La creciente demanda laboral la presenta como la ingenier\u00eda con alta empleabilidad y la mejor formaci\u00f3n para las profesiones del futuro.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>La ingenier\u00eda rob\u00f3tica se predice como la formaci\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito STEM que mejor cubre la demanda laboral actual y la futura.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Analizamos el panorama laboral a trav\u00e9s del informe &#8220;La digitalizaci\u00f3n: \u00bfcrea o destruye empleo&#8221;, elaborado por Randstad Research.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>El \u00e1mbito STEM no suele tener mucho atractivo para atraer nuevos estudiantes, a pesar de que alberga ingenier\u00edas con paro cero o casi inexistente.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Los expertos espa\u00f1oles dedicados al reclutamiento de personal, as\u00ed como los directivos de las grandes empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas hacen patente su preocupaci\u00f3n por<strong>la falta de talento tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>en Espa\u00f1a y la necesidad de este para cubrir la demanda laboral y desarrollar las profesiones del futuro.<\/h6>\n<h6>La falta de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>mano de obra especializada<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>en ingenier\u00eda, tecnolog\u00eda o rob\u00f3tica tambi\u00e9n hace peligrar que Espa\u00f1a pueda mantener un perfil competitivo en la industria internacional y no aumentar la brecha productiva y de conocimiento que nos aleje de las grandes potencias.<\/h6>\n<h6>Pa\u00edses como India, China, Sud\u00e1frica son grandes generadores de talento. En cambio, Europa demanda este tipo de perfiles listos para\u00a0los retos de la era digital y la automatizaci\u00f3n<span>\u00a0<\/span>de muchas actividades empresariales.<\/h6>\n<h6><strong>La alta empleabilidad de la ingenier\u00eda y la rob\u00f3tica<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6>Seg\u00fan las previsiones, la demanda de perfiles STEM y tecnol\u00f3gicos<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>aumentar\u00e1 un 14% anualmente<\/strong>\u00a0hasta el 2020.<\/h6>\n<h6>Esto abre un mundo de posibilidades a profesionales que pueden<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>redirigir su orientaci\u00f3n profesional<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>con la formaci\u00f3n adecuada, o aquellos que se inician en sus estudios y buscan una formaci\u00f3n con empleabilidad y buenas expectativas laborales.<\/h6>\n<h6>Se ha comprobado que profesionales dedicados al Big Data, la ciberseguridad, el dise\u00f1o de aplicaciones, la rob\u00f3tica o la mecatr\u00f3nica presentan un<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>paro cero<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>y, seg\u00fan Randstad, en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os se crear\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 1.250.000 empleos vinculados a estos perfiles, y solo hablamos de Espa\u00f1a.<\/h6>\n<h6>Ante el peligro de que la rob\u00f3tica cobre tanto protagonismo, s\u00ed que har\u00e1\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/noticias.universia.es\/ciencia-tecnologia\/noticia\/2018\/02\/01\/1157774\/superaran-maquinas-humanos.html\" title=\"\u00bfSuperar\u00e1n las m\u00e1quinas a los humanos?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peligrar los empleos<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>basados en tareas rutinarias y repetitivas, pero abrir\u00e1 un nuevo hueco a las tareas creativas, de supervisi\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de problemas.<\/h6>\n<h6>Junto a este cambio en el<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>paradigma profesional<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>y la demanda laboral, tambi\u00e9n implica un cambio en lo que se busca en los profesionales, donde lo relevante no son las titulaciones, sino las competencias y habilidades que son demostrables y que permiten asumir estas nuevas tareas.<\/h6>\n<h6>Por tanto, a todos los que siguen pensando que la tecnolog\u00eda y la rob\u00f3tica ha llegado para quitarnos el empleo, lo mejor es que descubran todo\u00a0el camino de oportunidades<span>\u00a0<\/span>y de perfiles t\u00e9cnicos, operativos y especialistas que se necesitar\u00e1n para gestionar la automatizaci\u00f3n y empleo eficiente de esos robots.<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Fuente: Universia<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La creciente demanda laboral la presenta como la ingenier\u00eda con alta empleabilidad y la mejor formaci\u00f3n para las profesiones del futuro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":13164,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[362],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13162","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-robt"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
