En el Laboratorio de \u00d3ptica, de la Facultad de Ciencias F\u00edsico Matem\u00e1ticas (FCFM) de la Benem\u00e9rita Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Puebla (BUAP<\/strong>) naci\u00f3 la idea de fabricar un microscopio con materiales reciclados.<\/p>\n

El investigador Alberto Cordero D\u00e1vila y sus estudiantes lo lograron con la c\u00e1mara de un celular, un trozo de madera y un acr\u00edlico, lo que\u00a0<\/span>representa un gasto no mayor a cien pesos, contra ocho mil que cuesta un instrumento de esta naturaleza.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

En un comunicado de la instituci\u00f3n universitaria, el experto dijo que tras comprobar su funcionalidad, se busc\u00f3 extender este proyecto en beneficio de otras instituciones.<\/p>\n

Fue as\u00ed como,\u00a0<\/span>a trav\u00e9s de talleres, inici\u00f3 la capacitaci\u00f3n a profesores de nivel medio superior para que crearan su propio microscopio y replicaran este conocimiento entre sus estudiantes.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Hasta el momento se han impartido tres talleres, dos en secundarias t\u00e9cnicas del municipio de Atlixco y el \u00faltimo, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, en el Laboratorio de \u00d3ptica de la FCFM, donde asistieron m\u00e1s de 30 profesores de la ciudad de Puebla y del interior del estado.<\/p>\n

Los profesores imparten asignaturas como f\u00edsica, qu\u00edmica, biolog\u00eda y matem\u00e1ticas en los planteles del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Puebla (COBAEP).<\/p>\n

Cordero D\u00e1vila dijo que\u00a0<\/span>los talleres inician a las 10 de la ma\u00f1ana y docentes de Tlatlauquitepec, San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan, Chachapa, Iz\u00facar de Matamoros y Puebla\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>se re\u00fanen con \u00e9l y sus estudiantes para iniciar con una explicaci\u00f3n sobre el funcionamiento de un microscopio.<\/p>\n

En mesas de trabajo, cuatro, cinco y hasta seis profesores repasan sus materiales:\u00a0<\/span>un rect\u00e1ngulo de madera no mayor a 15 cent\u00edmetros, un acr\u00edlico de la misma medida, un celular con c\u00e1mara, pinzas, tornillos y una pel\u00edcula reflejante, son parte de las herramientas para acceder a un mundo diminuto.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Alrededor de las 13:00 horas el microscopio est\u00e1 terminado y las sonrisas emergen. Aquellos que se mostraban reticentes vuelven a confiar, ahora ansiosos esperan llevar lo que aprendieron a sus estudiantes.<\/p>\n

Jair Meneses Mijares, alumno del d\u00e9cimo semestre de F\u00edsica Aplicada de la BUAP, explic\u00f3 que\u00a0<\/span>la idea de crear un microscopio a partir de la c\u00e1mara de un celular surgi\u00f3 hace un a\u00f1o en la clase de Alberto Cordero.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

El microscopio del Laboratorio de \u00d3ptica de la FCFM es un proyecto que\u00a0<\/span>se suma a otras iniciativas exitosas como el programa Del Aula al Universo, que ha dotado de telescopios a m\u00e1s de 600 escuelas de varios estados de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>y capacitado a m\u00e1s de cinco\u00a0mil aficionados en astronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n
