Sin embargo, existe una empresa alemana con un innovador proceso de reciclaje que consume poca energ\u00eda y no produce gases contaminantes.<\/p>\n<p>Los fabricantes de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos se enfrentan al desaf\u00edo del<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>reciclaje de las bater\u00edas de litio<\/strong>. A medida que aumente el n\u00famero de coches, se incrementar\u00e1n las bater\u00edas a tratar.<\/p>\n<p>Para la conservaci\u00f3n de los recursos, protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y reducci\u00f3n de los costes, es necesario crear una<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>red de reciclaje industrial<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>para poder reutilizarlas a gran escala.<\/p>\n<p>La bater\u00eda contiene acero, distintas aleaciones, litio, cobre, cobalto, n\u00edquel, pl\u00e1sticos para el aislamiento y electrolitos l\u00edquidos. Despu\u00e9s de la descarga, los trabajadores desmontan las bater\u00edas manualmente.<\/p>\n<p>La carcasa exterior resistente a los golpes, junto con el resto de estructura de sujeci\u00f3n, cables, circuito de refrigeraci\u00f3n y los m\u00f3dulos, se desmontan con una simple herramienta y terminan en cajas de malla ordenadas por tipo.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa alemana Duesenfeld ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo diferente de reciclaje. Consiste en<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>trabajar con mec\u00e1nica<\/strong>. La presi\u00f3n se reduce significativamente. Se evapora el electrolito l\u00edquido y luego lo recupera por condensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los restos del m\u00f3dulo de bater\u00eda<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>se separan con imanes o aire<\/strong>. Hay una l\u00e1mina separadora que dispone tanto de los materiales ferrosos como los no ferrosos.Tambi\u00e9n se apartan los residuos de los c\u00e1todos con n\u00edquel, manganeso y cobalto.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-70577\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/duesenfeld-reciclaje-baterias-litio.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/duesenfeld-reciclaje-baterias-litio.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/duesenfeld-reciclaje-baterias-litio-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/duesenfeld-reciclaje-baterias-litio-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ecoinventos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/duesenfeld-reciclaje-baterias-litio-620x413.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Nueva tecnolog\u00eda de reciclaje que ahorra costes.<\/h3>\n<p>El reciclaje mec\u00e1nico ahorra costes de log\u00edstica, recupera m\u00e1s materia prima y no produce gases t\u00f3xicos.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0 m\u00e9todo de recuperaci\u00f3n se realiza a trav\u00e9s de electrolitos y no produce<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>compuestos de fl\u00faor t\u00f3xicos<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>que tienen que someterse a la post-combusti\u00f3n y al lavado que consumen energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa ha desarrollado su proceso de reciclaje sin producir emisiones de gases de combusti\u00f3n. No requiere un calentamiento intensivo ni tampoco produce productos t\u00f3xicos.<\/p>\n<p>El reciclaje en<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.duesenfeld.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Duesenfeld<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>no requiere ninguna entrada de energ\u00eda para calentar ni derretir las bater\u00edas.
