En este sentido, Trusted Shops ha compartido las que considera, ser\u00e1n las cinco principales en los meses por venir:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6><strong>Dispositivo de compra m\u00e1s utilizado: El smartphone.\u00a0<\/strong>Atr\u00e1s qued\u00f3 la \u00e9poca en la que los ordenadores eran el aparato preferido por los consumidores espa\u00f1oles para comprar. Adem\u00e1s de los tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, las tabletas tambi\u00e9n tienen numerosos adeptos, hasta el punto de representar ser usados \u2013ambos\u2013 por un 63 por ciento de los espa\u00f1oles durante 2018 al comprar online.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6><strong>La importancia de la log\u00edstica para los compradores.<\/strong>Uno de los factores clave a la hora de comprar en internet ha sido el tiempo de entrega. \u201cAdem\u00e1s, dentro de los aspectos de la log\u00edstica que envuelve a las compras online, el poder hacer seguimiento del pedido, la facilidad en la devoluci\u00f3n y los gastos de env\u00edo, son otros de los detalles que m\u00e1s preocupan a los espa\u00f1oles.\u201d Por ello, es notable como se han multiplicado los servicios de entrega en horas, una muestra de porque un 71 por ciento de los consumidores online en Espa\u00f1a asegura haber experimentado un mejora en este aspecto fundamental durante los meses pasados.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6><strong>Canal de compra favorito: Los Marketplace.\u00a0<\/strong>Para el consumidor online espa\u00f1ol,los canales de compra como las webs de la marcas o de las tienda, han tenido que ceder espacio a los marketplaces. \u201c2019 ser\u00e1 el a\u00f1o de su consolidaci\u00f3n como canal preferido, sobre todo en lo que respecta a productos tecnol\u00f3gicos, m\u00f3viles y sus derivados, art\u00edculos de hogar, todo lo relacionado con el mundo deportivo, etc.\u201d<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6><strong>Gastar menos y financiar m\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/strong>La media de gastos durante el pasado a\u00f1o, entre los consumidores online espa\u00f1oles fue de 1.903\u20ac, seg\u00fan Cetelem, una cifra que muestra una disminuci\u00f3n de 51\u20ac con respecto a 2017.
