{"id":14083,"date":"2019-02-19T09:35:15","date_gmt":"2019-02-19T15:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=14083"},"modified":"2019-02-19T09:35:15","modified_gmt":"2019-02-19T15:35:15","slug":"desinteres-de-la-4t-por-la-ciencia-y-tecnologia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/politicas_pub_cti\/desinteres-de-la-4t-por-la-ciencia-y-tecnologia\/","title":{"rendered":"Desinter\u00e9s de la 4T por la ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>Resulta incongruente, por decir lo menos, que para el gobierno que pretende ser la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico, la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda no sean prioridad.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Y es que a pesar de los discursos, la realidad es otra, pues el presupuesto para estos rubros en 2019, se redujo en casi 6 mil millones de pesos \u00a0respecto al a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin olvidar que el Gobierno encabezado por Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, tambi\u00e9n pretend\u00eda recortar hasta mil 300 millones de pesos de recursos a la UNAM, el Poli y la UAM, y que recul\u00f3 bajo el argumento de haber sido un error de dedo, claro, luego de las protestas de la academia.<\/p>\n<p>Desafortunadamente, el desd\u00e9n por la ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda no qued\u00f3 s\u00f3lo en la disminuci\u00f3n de recursos; la inexperiencia y falta de preparaci\u00f3n de personajes colocados en altos cargos de direcci\u00f3n, convierten al Conacyt en el lugar perfecto para pagar favores y colocar a los amigos de la nueva administraci\u00f3n, que por muy honrados que sean, no tienen el nivel acad\u00e9mico para encabezar sectores que requieren estudios y experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>Una dise\u00f1adora de modas, un estudiante de \u00a0comunicaci\u00f3n y una ex vendedora por cat\u00e1logo, han tenido que ser destituidos de altos cargos de direcci\u00f3n en el Conacyt, tambi\u00e9n ante los reclamos de acad\u00e9micos, sociedad civil y legisladores.<\/p>\n<p>Y la cereza en el pastel fueron los candidatos propuestos por el Ejecutivo para ocupar cuatro vacantes en la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Ignorancia total en el sector y en los conceptos b\u00e1sicos de la CRE (as\u00ed como la actitud solapadora del senador Armando Guadiana, de Morena, que al escuchar las barbaridades de los candidatos del Presidente, les suger\u00eda mejor no responder), evidenciaron a\u00fan m\u00e1s el poco inter\u00e9s por los sectores que hacen que M\u00e9xico camine rumbo al desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Al margen de las mafias que pudieran existir, para generar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y dirigir organismos t\u00e9cnicos, la honradez no basta, es necesario que los servidores p\u00fablicos tengan el nivel acad\u00e9mico que los mexicanos estamos esperando de un gobierno que se auto nombra como la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n.<span class=\"m_-34294551862926720m_4045544919666040611gmail-m_-1116117364407281598gmail-im\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Y en pregunta sin ofensa:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s seguir\u00e1 pagando M\u00e9xico por el almacenaje del avi\u00f3n presidencial en un hangar de desechos en Estados Unidos, cuando ese dinero se podr\u00eda ahorrar al tenerlo en el hangar construido la ciudad de M\u00e9xico, hasta que sea vendido\u2026 y la austeridad?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: 24 Horas<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resulta incongruente, por decir lo menos, que para el gobierno que pretende ser la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico, la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda no sean prioridad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":14084,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[399],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14083","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politicas_pub_cti"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
