El temor que tenemos acerca de que los\u00a0robots\u00a0nos quiten fuentes de trabajo y eventualmente se rebelen en contra de la humanidad, ha sido una constante en libros y pel\u00edculas de ciencia ficci\u00f3n. Pero a decir verdad, quiz\u00e1s no sea un hecho tan alejado de la realidad.<\/p>\n
El Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial public\u00f3 un reporte llamado “El Futuro de los Empleos”, que indica que todos los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, entre los que se encuentran la rob\u00f3tica,\u00a0inteligencia artificial, impresi\u00f3n en 3D, entre otros;llevar\u00edan que se perdieran 5.1 millones de empleos en todo el mundo, para el a\u00f1o 2020. Es decir, todo lo que hoy nos emociona y hace la vida m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, podr\u00eda dejarnos sin trabajo en un futuro no tan lejano.<\/p>\n
De acuerdo al reporte, publicado en\u00a0Arstechnica, lo que se necesita para evitar un escenario catastr\u00f3fico, es desarrollar una fuerza de trabajo con nuevas habilidades.<\/p>\n
\u201cSin acciones enfocadas y urgentes que puedan administrar acciones de transici\u00f3n a corto plazo y desarrollar una fuerza de trabajo con habilidades probadas para el futuro, los gobiernos tendr\u00e1n que hacer frente a un creciente desempleo y desigualdad en las empresas, as\u00ed como a una disminuci\u00f3n de la base de consumidores<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
<\/p>\n
De acuerdo al Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial, los sectores de mayor demanda ser\u00e1n el de la ingenier\u00eda y arquitectura. Mientras que los empleos relacionados con computadoras y matem\u00e1ticas se ver\u00e1n beneficiados.<\/p>\n
El impacto real de la perdida de trabajos, en favor de robots, empezar\u00e1 a notarse a partir del 2018, aunque el reporte no menciona detalles de c\u00f3mo suceder\u00eda esto. Parece un an\u00e1lisis alarmista, pero se trata del Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial, as\u00ed que hay que tomarlo en cuenta y prepararse para la llegada de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y formas de trabajar.<\/p>\n
