La evoluci\u00f3n de grandes corporaciones hacia el mundo digital ha permeado a empresas de menor tama\u00f1o quienes han comenzado a demandar la implementaci\u00f3n de proyectos de transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.\u00a0<!--more--><\/span><span>Este escenario ha llevado a las compa\u00f1\u00edas a aumentar su demanda de profesionales. Por un lado, vemos una clara b\u00fasqueda por cargos gerenciales, aquellos que van a liderar estos proyectos. Para estas posiciones se buscan perfiles h\u00edbridos. No se busca al mejor en la parte t\u00e9cnica sino, alguien que logre tener una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del negocio, capaz de diagnosticar oportunidades para las distintas\u00a0 \u00e1reas del negocio a trav\u00e9s de la tecnolog\u00eda, con un know-how comprobable en el manejo y gesti\u00f3n en \u00e1reas m\u00e1s espec\u00edficas, como Cloud Computing, Big Data, Analytics, Development TI y Ciberseguridad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>En paralelo, se buscan cargos\u00a0 m\u00e1s especializados relacionados a las principales tendencias TI como por ejemplo el Cloud en donde hay una demanda por profesionales capaces de entender e implementar cloud based solutions o los ingenieros y arquitectos cloud si pensamos en cargos espec\u00edficos. Otro \u00e1rea donde se est\u00e1 demandando profesionales es el de Big Data \/ Analytics en donde se busca perfiles que puedan apoyar en la gesti\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n de dichos datos. As\u00ed, los profesionales de BI, Data scientists, Administradores de BBDD y incluso Chief Data Officer (CDO) van en alza. Con todo, el \u00e1rea de Ciberseguridad es la que marca la mayor demanda por profesionales, incluso podr\u00edamos afirmar que la demanda ya supera a la oferta. Para el a\u00f1o 2022 se estima que habr\u00e1 un d\u00e9ficit de 1,8 millones de perfiles especializados s\u00f3lo en esta \u00e1rea a nivel global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>De manera m\u00e1s transversal, podemos mencionar la demanda por desarrolladores ya sean web, mobile o de software y los profesionales fullstack, o con conocimientos en metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles, DevOps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Si bien los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos son relevantes para todos los cargos mencionados, hoy el mercado impone nuevos desaf\u00edos para ellos. La visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que permita ver el negocio de forma global, entendiendo el c\u00f3mo la tecnolog\u00eda puedes apoyar a las distintas \u00e1reas es uno de los requisitos m\u00e1s demandados. En este sentido, las habilidades blandas, principalmente de comunicaci\u00f3n\u00a0 y de capacidad para establecer relaciones interpersonales efectivas se vuelven cruciales.
