Las sociedades modernas llevan haci\u00e9ndose esta pregunta e intentando responderla desde que la revoluci\u00f3n industrial comenz\u00f3 a separar el tiempo entre el ocio y el negocio, dando as\u00ed nacimiento al actual concepto de trabajo. Y ese ha sido el \u2018late motiv\u2019 con el que ha escogido la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (<strong>OIT<\/strong>) celebrar su centenario, arropada por los m\u00e1ximos representantes institucionales del mundo del trabajo catal\u00e1n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La OIT fue fundada hace exactamente cien a\u00f1os y un d\u00eda, el 11 de abril del 1919, en el marco de las negociaciones que pusieron fin a la primera guerra mundial, concretadas en el\u00a0<strong>Tratado de Versalles<\/strong>. Entonces se entendi\u00f3 que el nuevo mundo a reconstruir tras el horror de la guerra deb\u00eda pasar por el \u201ctrabajo verdaderamente humano, es decir, lo que hoy llamamos\u00a0<strong>trabajo decente<\/strong>\u201d, ha explicado el director general de la OIT en Espa\u00f1a,\u00a0<strong>Joaqu\u00edn Nieto<\/strong>. Algo que las sociedades modernas no deben sacrificar en aras de las venideras revoluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, seg\u00fan ha insistido Nieto.<\/p>\n<p>Los diferentes ponentes a lo largo de la conferencia han coincidido en la decadencia que vive hoy en d\u00eda el paradigma del trabajo tal como se hereda del siglo XX. \u201cTrabajar ya no significa estar fuera del riesgo de la pobreza, [&#8230;] el pacto entre capital y trabajo del \u2018new deal\u2019 se ha roto\u201d, ha resumido el \u2018conseller\u2019 de Treball de la Generalitat,\u00a0<strong>Chakir El Homrani<\/strong>. No obstante, el \u2018conseller\u2019 tambi\u00e9n ha recordado que dicha decadencia, acelerada tras el estallido de la reciente crisis econ\u00f3mica, es m\u00e1s bien el declive de una parte del mundo del trabajo: la del hombre blanco, nativo y de mediana edad. Pues la precariedad entre las mujeres, los migrantes y los j\u00f3venes \u201cahora es m\u00e1s visible, pero siempre ha existido\u201d, ha afirmado.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se organizar\u00e1n las relaciones laborales del futuro?<\/h5>\n<p>La hip\u00f3tesis en la que han coincidido, aunque con matices, Govern, patronal y sindicatos es en que para que los efectos disruptivos del salto hacia la industria 4.0 y la automatizaci\u00f3n no se tornen en nocivos, los escenarios de di\u00e1logo a tres bandas son necesarios y claves. La propia OIT es un ejemplo de dicha concertaci\u00f3n. No obstante, las nuevas formas del trabajo implicar\u00e1n nuevas formas de relacionarse entre los actores. \u201cM\u00e1s que afiliados a los sindicatos, en un futuro lo que habr\u00e1 ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomos en\u00a0<strong>Pimec<\/strong>\u201d, ha afirmado, en una frase a caballo entre la iron\u00eda y el an\u00e1lisis, el vicepresidente de Pimec,\u00a0<strong>Antonio Ca\u00f1ete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El declive del trabajo asalariado es un mantra que se ha repetido a lo largo de la jornada y que los sindicatos se resisten a aceptar. \u201cNo podemos estar inventando en todo momento, teniendo todav\u00eda pendientes grandes consensos de pa\u00eds\u201d, ha afirmado el secretario general de\u00a0<strong>CCOO<\/strong>\u00a0en Catalunya,\u00a0<strong>Javier Pacheco<\/strong>, haciendo referencia al pacte nacional per la industria, la renda garantida de ciudadan\u00eda o a las estrategias de pol\u00edticas activas del Servei d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 de Catalunya (<strong>SOC<\/strong>). Todos ellos en v\u00edas de desplegarse en toda su definici\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n<p>Es en ese contexto, de una mayor liquidez en detrimento de lo s\u00f3lido que caracteriz\u00f3 a parte del mundo del trabajo en el siglo XX, en el que las patronales ven clave la formaci\u00f3n continuada. &#8220;No puede ser que tengamos demanda de profesionales y estos no est\u00e9n en el mercado de trabajo&#8221;, ha afirmado la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Laboral y de Recursos Humanos de\u00a0<strong>Foment del Treball<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Mar\u00eda \u00c1ngeles Tejada<\/strong>. Una demanda de mayor formaci\u00f3n que el secretario general de\u00a0<strong>UGT<\/strong>\u00a0de Catalunya,\u00a0<strong>Camil Ros<\/strong>, ha exigido que las empresas retornen con mayores salarios para evitar su fuga al extrangero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: El Periodico\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 el\u00a0futuro del trabajo?
