{"id":1535,"date":"2016-02-04T17:27:12","date_gmt":"2016-02-04T23:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=1535"},"modified":"2016-02-04T17:27:12","modified_gmt":"2016-02-04T23:27:12","slug":"exoesqueleto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/exoesqueleto\/","title":{"rendered":"Este exoesqueleto rob\u00f3tico de la UNAM permite rehabilitar lesiones de mu\u00f1ecas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Miguel \u00c1ngel Padilla Casta\u00f1eda y Juan Salvador P\u00e9rez Lomel\u00ed, expertos del Centro de Ciencias Aplicadas y Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico (CCADET) de la UNAM, han desarrollado un\u00a0exoesqueleto rob\u00f3tico\u00a0con el fin de rehabilitar a personas que han perdido la movilidad de sus mu\u00f1ecas a causa de una embolia, accidente deportivo o de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, los acad\u00e9micos se han dedicado a la planeaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de un primer prototipo capaz de producir tres movimientos b\u00e1sicos: uno semejante a seguir la forma de un abanico (llamado aducci\u00f3n-abducci\u00f3n), otro de arriba para abajo (pronaci\u00f3n-supinaci\u00f3n) y un tercero parecido a estirar la mano para mover una espada (flexi\u00f3n-extensi\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon ello los pacientes pueden tener\u00a0rehabilitaci\u00f3n ortop\u00e9dica\u00a0y ensayar una y otra vez la relaci\u00f3n entre la funci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de la mu\u00f1eca y la orden neuromotora que viene del cerebro\u201d, explic\u00f3 P\u00e9rez Lomel\u00ed, dise\u00f1ador industrial y maestro en sistemas de dise\u00f1o asistido por computadora.<\/p>\n<p>El dispositivo actualmente es de pl\u00e1stico PLA, por razones de pruebas iniciales, pero el primer prototipo ya con la parte mec\u00e1nica, ser\u00e1 de acero fundido y maquinado, el cual estar\u00e1 listo en Julio del este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"responsive-img\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/40448.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Ya con la parte mec\u00e1nica, que se construye en el Taller de Prototipos del CCADET, los especialistas dedicar\u00e1n el siguiente a\u00f1o a completar el dispositivo con cuatro motores de precisi\u00f3n suizos, de\u00a0ocho a 10 sensores de movimiento, angulaci\u00f3n y visuales, un monitor y un software que actualmente desarrolla Padilla Casta\u00f1eda (ingeniero en computaci\u00f3n, maestro en ciencias de la computaci\u00f3n y doctor en tecnolog\u00edas de la innovaci\u00f3n y rob\u00f3tica).<\/p>\n<p>Se espera que el prototipo completo, con la parte de software y visualizaci\u00f3n, est\u00e9 listo en 2017 para probarse con pacientes del Hospital General de M\u00e9xico Dr. Eduardo Liceaga, dentro del cual el CCADET tiene la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Mencionaron que lo m\u00e1s importante, son las pruebas con pacientes que tengas dicho problemas de inmovilidad, para demostrar que esto les es \u00fatil en su\u00a0rehabilitaci\u00f3n, y recalcaron la importancia de que sea a un costo accesible, ya que si bien esta tecnolog\u00eda ya est\u00e1 disponible en pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, o el continente Europeo, los costos est\u00e1n fuera del alcance de los mexicanos, por lo que aseguran, ser\u00e1 una excelente oportunidad para mexicanos y personas del sur del continente.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras trabajan en este proyecto, ya se piensa en la protecci\u00f3n con una patente o modelo industrial, as\u00ed como en una\u00a0versi\u00f3n port\u00e1til, que algunos pacientes podr\u00edan llevar a sus hogares.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn un segundo prototipo podremos ensayar con un modelo port\u00e1til, quiz\u00e1 construido de materiales termopl\u00e1sticos resistentes, que podr\u00eda fabricarse mediante manufactura r\u00e1pida por impresi\u00f3n 3D\u201d, dijo Lomel\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miguel \u00c1ngel Padilla Casta\u00f1eda y Juan Salvador P\u00e9rez Lomel\u00ed, expertos del Centro de Ciencias Aplicadas y Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico (CCADET) de la UNAM, han desarrollado un\u00a0exoesqueleto rob\u00f3tico\u00a0con el fin de rehabilitar a personas que han perdido la movilidad de sus mu\u00f1ecas a causa de una embolia, accidente deportivo o de trabajo.
