As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3\u00a0<\/span>El Semanario<span>, el 6 de mayo.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cambios fiscales, una pol\u00edtica fiscal prudente as\u00ed como encontrar recursos para un crecimiento m\u00e1s equitativo son algunas de las recomendaciones plasmadas por la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo<span>\u00a0<\/span>Econ\u00f3micos (OCDE) en su Estudio Econ\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico 2019, con ellas que se busca estimular el crecimiento, reducir los altos niveles de pobreza y desigualdad, y mejorar el bienestar para todos los mexicanos&#8221;, explic\u00f3 la publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En un apartado donde se habla de aumentar los ingresos del<span>\u00a0<\/span>gobierno, el estudio dice: \u201cM\u00e9xico deber\u00eda considerar recortar las exenciones y limitar el n\u00famero de tasas de IVA reducidas, al tiempo que compensa a los pobres mediante subsidios espec\u00edficos. La aplicaci\u00f3n de la tarifa est\u00e1ndar a una gama m\u00e1s amplia de productos ayudar\u00eda a combatir la informalidad y la evasi\u00f3n<span>\u00a0<\/span>fiscal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Y una de las sugerencias para conseguir este objetivos se encuentra el considerar la revisi\u00f3n a la ley de coordinaci\u00f3n fiscal, para permitir que los gobiernos locales recaudan de manera adecuada los impuestos recurrentes sobre bienes inmuebles, ya que en ese pa\u00eds este gravamen s\u00f3lo representan el 0.3 por ciento del PIB comparado con el promedio de 1.9 por ciento entre los pa\u00edses de la OCDE.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, se recomienda desarrollar un registro nacional de la propiedad. Esa base de datos deber\u00e1 contar con las actualizaciones de las valuaciones del mercado y para conseguir esto el organismo internacional propone que se utilice la cadena de bloques, como garante de que no se podr\u00e1 alterar la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que, la propuesta de que los gobiernos utilicen la tecnolog\u00eda<span>\u00a0<\/span>blockchain<span>\u00a0<\/span>como una medida de seguridad en la creaci\u00f3n de un padr\u00f3n ya fue presentada por la OCDE durante. Eso sucedi\u00f3 en el Primer Foro de pol\u00edticas Blockchain, que tuvo lugar en Par\u00eds en septiembre. En esa ocasi\u00f3n expertos hab\u00edan mostrado que esa tecnolog\u00eda permite que m\u00faltiples usuarios accedan a la misma base de datos para grabar, auditar y compartir informaci\u00f3n.
