Sus usuarios se cuentan por millones, sobre todo por su presencia masiva en m\u00f3viles Android, y cada vez m\u00e1s numerosa tambi\u00e9n en ordenadores de sobremesa y port\u00e1tiles. A pesar del gran n\u00famero de usuarios que tiene y de su buena reputaci\u00f3n, a\u00fan se le reprochan ciertos problemas con la gesti\u00f3n de la memoria RAM, que obligan a utilizar algunos parches para que estos problemas no sean tan evidentes. Eso es lo que podemos conseguir con una \u00fatil extensi\u00f3n que vamos a conocer hoy.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Impulsa el rendimiento de Chrome con esta sencilla extensi\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que cuando hablamos de acelerar el funcionamiento de Google Chrome lo hacemos sobre su forma de gestionar las pesta\u00f1as que tenemos abiertas. Para ello hay una excelente extensi\u00f3n de Chrome que nos permite hacer esa gesti\u00f3n de una manera muy efectiva. Podemos encontrarla en el<b>Chrome Web Store<\/b>, y se llama<span>\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"The Great Suspender\" href=\"https:\/\/chrome.google.com\/webstore\/detail\/the-great-suspender\/klbibkeccnjlkjkiokjodocebajanakg?authuser=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Great Suspender<\/a>. Su nombre ya lo dice todo, porque digamos que esta extensi\u00f3n es capaz de suspender aquellas pesta\u00f1as que ya no sean necesarias para poder utilizar correctamente Google Chrome. Por tanto si tenemos abierto un n\u00famero excesivo de pesta\u00f1as en Chrome, lo m\u00e1s normal es que la memoria RAM de nuestro ordenador se colapse y comience a afectar no solo al rendimiento del navegador Chrome, sino al de todo el ordenador. Por tanto lo que debemos hace es intentar evitar en la medida de lo posible que se consuma mucha memoria RAM cuando estamos navegando. Y para hacerlo tenemos varias alternativas, aunque la m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda es la que nos proporciona The Great Suspender. Una de ellas es la m\u00e1s inc\u00f3moda, que es la de ir cerrando todas las pesta\u00f1as posibles. O bien abrir el m\u00ednimo n\u00famero de pesta\u00f1as para poder mantener la memoria RAM a raya y por tanto el rendimiento. Pero esto es algo bastante molesto y poco productivo, si por ejemplo estamos trabajando con el ordenador.<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Lo que hace The Great Suspender es desactivar aquellas pesta\u00f1as de Chrome que no estamos utilizando<\/b>. De esta manera nuestra navegaci\u00f3n siempre ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s fluida y r\u00e1pida, y nos permitir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n contar con m\u00e1s recursos para hacer otras cosas de manera simult\u00e1nea con el navegador.
