Pero en el fondo son pocos los que entienden realmente c\u00f3mo funciona y, sobre todo, cuales son los beneficios de esta herramienta digital que lleg\u00f3 para hacer<strong>m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y confiables los procesos<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para acercarse a cierta comprensi\u00f3n, el Congreso de Maizar, que se est\u00e1 realizando en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, dedic\u00f3 un panel a los Agronegocios en la era del Blockchain.<\/p>\n<p>Federico Kattan, profesor de la escuela de negocios de la Universidad Di Tella y fundador de la startup Syvila, explic\u00f3 que la<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>descentralizaci\u00f3n -principal atributo del blockchain- es un precursor de la confianza<\/strong>, y que la confianza es el insumo m\u00e1s importante para poder cooperar. \u201cEl dinero es uno de esos elementos que funcionan en base a la confianza. Y por medio de esa confianza, el dinero nos permite transformar cosas reales en imaginarias. Por ejemplo, cambiar un campo por un n\u00famero en una cuenta bancaria\u201d, explic\u00f3 Kattan. Y agreg\u00f3: \u201cBlockchain es al valor lo que internet es a la informaci\u00f3n.<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Blockchain transforma cosas reales en activos digitales<\/strong>. La trazabilidad, sumada a la descentralizaci\u00f3n, es un activo digital\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Desde Syvila, Kattan cre\u00f3 un sistema de trazabilidad para la cadena de la carne, con un sistema de gobernanza descentralizado, y ya lo est\u00e1n empezando a instalar en diversos mercados. \u201c<strong>A esto se suman los servicios bancarios y financieros, que no son una parte m\u00e1s sino que son parte medular de la trazabilidad<\/strong>\u201d, remarc\u00f3. En s\u00edntesis, el gran aporte del blockchain, seg\u00fan el especialista, estar\u00eda en la automatizaci\u00f3n de la integraci\u00f3n comercial, log\u00edstica y financiera de productores a consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>Como resumi\u00f3 Fernando Vilella tras la disertaci\u00f3n de Kattan, \u201clas clases medias del mundo buscan cada vez m\u00e1s productos de calidad, responsables con el medio ambiente y con la sociedad, y en ese contexto, como pa\u00eds productor es vital la<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>generaci\u00f3n de sistemas de certificaci\u00f3n y trazabilidad que brinden confianza a los consumidores<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>respecto a la informaci\u00f3n que se ofrece de los productos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: Clarin<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El blockchain es uno de los t\u00e9rminos de moda, toda persona que se diga innovadora tiene que saber de qu\u00e9 se trata.
