No en vano el taxista sube a personas extra\u00f1as a su coche y nosotros nos subimos a un coche extra\u00f1o. Partiendo de esa base, siempre hay un m\u00ednimo riesgo al coger un Taxi. Ahora una<span>\u00a0<\/span>nueva funci\u00f3n de Google Maps<span>\u00a0<\/span>intentar\u00e1 proteger tanto nuestra integridad como el bolsillo cuando nos subimos a un Taxi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Nueva funci\u00f3n de Google Maps para los viajeros en taxis<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Seguramente sea m\u00e1s consecuencia de las muchas pel\u00edculas e historias que se han montado alrededor del Taxi en todo el mundo, pero es verdad que al menos en Espa\u00f1a, este servicio p\u00fablico es muy seguro. En cualquier caso, Google Maps, seguramente gracias a que otros servicios de este tipo en el resto del mundo no son tan seguros,<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>han comenzado a implementar una interesante funci\u00f3n<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>en la aplicaci\u00f3n encaminada a dos objetivos diferentes, y uno de ellos tiene que ver directamente con la seguridad en el taxi.<\/p>\n<figure><picture><source media=\"(max-width:520px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fotografias.lasexta.com\/clipping\/cmsimages02\/2019\/06\/10\/2549B399-D283-4B39-B428-AE2C89EE391A\/\/64.jpg\" \/><source media=\"(max-width:1023px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fotografias.lasexta.com\/clipping\/cmsimages02\/2019\/06\/10\/2549B399-D283-4B39-B428-AE2C89EE391A\/\/60.jpg\" \/><source media=\"(min-width:1024px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fotografias.lasexta.com\/clipping\/cmsimages02\/2019\/06\/10\/2549B399-D283-4B39-B428-AE2C89EE391A\/\/58.jpg\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fotografias.lasexta.com\/clipping\/cmsimages02\/2019\/06\/10\/2549B399-D283-4B39-B428-AE2C89EE391A\/\/64.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/picture><figcaption>Google Maps Taxi | XDA Developers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Esta nueva funci\u00f3n<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>emitir\u00e1 una notificaci\u00f3n<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>si la ruta que estamos llevando a cabo en el Taxi se desv\u00eda del destino que le hemos dicho al taxista.<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Si nuestra ruta se ha desviado al menos 500 metros de la planeada por Google Maps<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>para llegar a nuestro destino, que normalmente suele ser la m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida o corta teniendo en cuenta el tr\u00e1fico y otros factores, Google Maps nos notificar\u00e1 esta situaci\u00f3n. Para ello encontraremos un bot\u00f3n en la aplicaci\u00f3n que identificaremos porque se llama &#8220;Permanecer seguro&#8221; Aqu\u00ed aparecen dos alternativas, una de ellas es<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>elegir que compartamos con nuestros amigos la ruta en tiempo real<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>que estamos llevando en el Taxi, de tal manera que si ocurre algo raro puedan localizarnos r\u00e1pidamente. En segundo lugar,<b><span>\u00a0<\/span>podemos elegir la opci\u00f3n de recibir notificaciones si el Taxi se sale de la ruta l\u00f3gica<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>que nos puede llevar a nuestro destino. Por tanto nos protege doblemente, compartiendo con amigos y avisando de que la ruta no es la correcta.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva funci\u00f3n<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>ha comenzado a implementarse en La India<\/b>, un pa\u00eds en el que los Taxis no tienen gran fama, seguramente m\u00e1s por los rodeos que dan en cada trayecto, por lo que es un lugar en el que quiz\u00e1s puede que haya m\u00e1s incidencias de este tipo, pero como es l\u00f3gico, desde aqu\u00ed no vamos a ayudar a estigmatizar a un colectivo. Simplemente es una funci\u00f3n que puede ser muy \u00fatil, de vital importancia, si tenemos la mala suerte de coincidir con la excepci\u00f3n a bordo de un Taxi.
