{"id":16336,"date":"2019-06-11T08:41:30","date_gmt":"2019-06-11T14:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=16336"},"modified":"2019-06-11T08:41:42","modified_gmt":"2019-06-11T14:41:42","slug":"el-g20-prepara-una-normativa-contra-los-gigantes-de-la-tecnologia-y-sus-artimanas-fiscales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/economia\/el-g20-prepara-una-normativa-contra-los-gigantes-de-la-tecnologia-y-sus-artimanas-fiscales\/","title":{"rendered":"El G20 prepara una normativa contra los gigantes de la tecnolog\u00eda y sus artima\u00f1as fiscales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los pol\u00edticos de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<span>\u00a0<\/span>llevan tiempo<span>\u00a0<\/span>tratando de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>crear esa c\u00e9lebre &#8220;tasa Google&#8221;<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>con la que plantear una forma distinta de tributaci\u00f3n a las grandes tecnol\u00f3gicas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Estas aprovechan diversos para\u00edsos y mecanismos fiscales para evitar pagar m\u00e1s impuestos en pa\u00edses en los que operan de forma notable, pero esas artima\u00f1as podr\u00edan enfrentarse a una nueva amenaza:<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>el G20 tiene preparadas unas &#8220;normativas comunes&#8221;<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>para luchar contra este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n<h5>Un acuerdo que ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil alcanzar<\/h5>\n<p>Lo indicaban en Reuters, donde han obtenido un borrador de un comunicado en el que se revela un acuerdo para establecer esas normas comunes que permitan<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>evitar vac\u00edos legales y lagunas fiscales<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>utilizadas por empresas como Google, Amazon, Facebook o Apple (GAFA).<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-asset-image article-asset-large\">\n<div class=\"asset-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"centro_sinmarco\" src=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/450_1000.jpg\" data-sf-srcset=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/450_1000.jpg 450w, https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/650_1200.jpg 681w, https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/1024_2000.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/1366_2000.jpg 1366w\" data-sf-src=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/450_1000.jpg\" alt=\"Gafa\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/450_1000.jpg 450w, https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/650_1200.jpg 681w, https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/1024_2000.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/e09742\/gafa\/1366_2000.jpg 1366w\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>No hay detalles sobre el tipo de medidas propuestas, pero al parecer el nuevo sistema se basar\u00eda en dos pilares: uno que dividir\u00eda el derecho a exigir impuestos a las empresas<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>all\u00ed donde se venden los productos<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>(y no solo donde tienen oficinas), y adem\u00e1s otro que aplicar\u00eda una tasa impositiva m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n<p>El informe final deber\u00eda estar disponible en 2020, pero estas propuestas<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>se enfrentan al dif\u00edcil reto de ser aceptadas<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>por pa\u00edses como China, India o Sud\u00e1frica adem\u00e1s de pa\u00edses del G8 como el Reino Unido, EE.UU. o Rusia.<\/p>\n<p>Estados Unidos se ha opuesto en numerosas ocasiones a las propuestas del Reino Unido<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xataka.com\/empresas-y-economia\/francia-se-adelanta-a-ue-crea-impuesto-gafa-para-tecnologicas-que-recaudara-500-millones-euros-2019\">o de Francia<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>en este sentido ya que<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>seg\u00fan ellos perjudican a las empresas americanas<\/strong>. En Espa\u00f1a tambi\u00e9n<span>\u00a0<\/span>aprob\u00f3 una normativa similar recientemente, pero su puesta en pr\u00e1ctica a\u00fan no se ha hecho efectiva.<\/p>\n<p>Puede que todo acabe con acuerdos bastante suaves para las grandes tecnol\u00f3gicas, que en cualquier caso<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>siguen sometidas al escrutinio<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>de un sistema que las favorece y que permite que seg\u00fan muchos expertos no tributen de forma justa en los pa\u00edses en los que operan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente:
