Esta actualizaci\u00f3n supone mejoras en la velocidad para navegar, incluso con m\u00e1s dispositivos conectados a la vez.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El est\u00e1ndar oficial de esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda promete ser hasta<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>100 veces m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida que las conexiones actuales<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>y se espera se estrene a escala global en el a\u00f1o 2020.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title2\">Qu\u00e9 es la tecnolog\u00eda 5G, para qu\u00e9 sirve y qu\u00e9 ventajas trae aparejadas<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El 5G es la<span>\u00a0<\/span>tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s avanzada, lo que permite sortear los obst\u00e1culos del cuello de botella electromagn\u00e9tico de las ciudades. Cada vez hay m\u00e1s personas conectadas en el mundo y hac\u00eda falta una mayor capacidad para que las conexiones se mantuvieran r\u00e1pidas.<\/p>\n<p>La velocidad del nuevo est\u00e1ndar de la tecnolog\u00eda 5G ser\u00e1 sustancialmente m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y se podr\u00e1n descargar contenidos en cuesti\u00f3n de segundos. Podr\u00eda alcanzar<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>picos de velocidad de m\u00e1s de 2 Gbps<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>(gigas por segundo), aunque hay quienes sostienen que podr\u00eda lograr picos de hasta 20 Gbps.<\/p>\n<p>Pero a\u00fan m\u00e1s importante son sus posibilidades en la disminuci\u00f3n de la latencia, el tiempo que demora en transferirse un paquete de datos dentro de la red, es decir, el tiempo que demora una acci\u00f3n desde que haces clic hasta que se concrete.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de tecnolog\u00eda llamada 5G promete<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>bajar la latencia a entre 1 y 2 milisegundos<\/strong>, lo que supone una acci\u00f3n casi instant\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p>Este beneficio, sumado a las altas velocidades de descarga de datos supondr\u00eda una revoluci\u00f3n en el uso de Internet, especialmente en el desarrollo de aplicaciones m\u00f3viles y en el<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Internet de las Cosas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las malas noticias es que esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda no ser\u00e1 soportada por los tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles actuales. En contraposici\u00f3n, ofrecer\u00e1 diversos beneficios en todos los aspectos de conectividad, algunos sumamente necesarios, como la posibilidad de hacer<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>operaciones a distancia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda 5G es tan r\u00e1pida que permitir\u00e1 que un coche sea capaz de detectar los obst\u00e1culos del camino y conducir de forma segura, las ciudades tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s capacidad de recopilar informaci\u00f3n sobre el tr\u00e1fico en tiempo real y podr\u00e1n ser optimizados los dispositivos para el Internet de las Cosas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la velocidad y el rendimiento superiores tienen su coste, y uno de ellos es que la tecnolog\u00eda conocida como 5G desbloquear\u00e1 algunas caracter\u00edsticas muy populares, como el reconocimiento facial, las interfaces basadas en gestos, los comandos de voz, el procesamiento de im\u00e1genes y el v\u00eddeo en tiempo real.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: Ok Diario<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0tecnolog\u00eda 5G\u00a0es la quinta generaci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas inal\u00e1mbricas de comunicaci\u00f3n y acceso a Internet, que evoluciona de la actual tecnolog\u00eda 4G\/LTE.
