{"id":16498,"date":"2019-06-18T08:37:15","date_gmt":"2019-06-18T14:37:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=16498"},"modified":"2019-06-18T08:37:19","modified_gmt":"2019-06-18T14:37:19","slug":"el-avance-de-la-tecnologia-fotovoltaica-en-plena-productividad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/energias-alternas\/el-avance-de-la-tecnologia-fotovoltaica-en-plena-productividad\/","title":{"rendered":"El avance de la tecnolog\u00eda fotovoltaica en plena productividad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Trina Solar, firma global de soluciones fotovoltaicas y de energ\u00eda inteligente, anunci\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n en serie de m\u00f3dulos bifaciales de doble vidrio tipo N i-TOPCon.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El mejor rendimiento de potencia frontal de un m\u00f3dulo con 144 celdas i-TOPCon semicortadas alcanza los 425 Wp, y la mejor eficiencia del m\u00f3dulo alcanza el 20,7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Los nuevos m\u00f3dulos integran estas celdas i-TOPCon bifaciales tipo n con m\u00e1s del 80 por ciento de bifacialidad, m\u00faltiples barras colectoras (MBB), de doble vidrio, monocristalinas cuadradas, de doble cara y con tecnolog\u00edas de medio corte.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00f3dulos de alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica presentan un coeficiente de temperatura m\u00e1s bajo y una baja degradaci\u00f3n inducida por la luz (LID), lo que mejora en gran medida la potencia de salida efectiva. Tambi\u00e9n proporcionan entre un cinco y 30 por ciento extra de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda por su parte posterior y cuentan con 30 a\u00f1os de garant\u00eda lineal.<\/p>\n<p>El r\u00e9cord mundial de eficiencia del 25,8 por ciento en celdas TOPCon de un solo lado y de \u00e1rea peque\u00f1a, desarrolladas por Fraunhofer ISE, ha impulsado la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de celdas solares de contacto pasivadas por parte de institutos e industrias.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015, el Laboratorio Estatal Clave de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda Fotovoltaica (State Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Science and Technology, o SKL PVST por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) de Trina Solar inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n sobre la celda bifacial de gran superficie TOPCon, destinada a la producci\u00f3n en masa de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica industrial, y la denomino con el nombre de celda i-TOPCon. En 2019, Trina Solar alcanz\u00f3 una eficiencia media frontal superior al 23 por ciento en las celdas i-TOPCon.<\/p>\n<p>La celda i-TOPCon tiene un emisor de boro delantero y un contacto pasivador trasero de \u00e1rea completa.
