Si bien el mundo digital lleg\u00f3 a revolucionar la manera de ofrecer servicios y comercializar productos, lo cierto es que el uso de aplicaciones m\u00f3viles siempre deriva en objetos palpables.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, los servicios digitales que se pueden desarrollar con eficiencia a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones m\u00f3viles necesitan estar soportados por una calidad comprobable.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, a trav\u00e9s de Airbnb se logran gestionar servicios de hospedaje, para lo cual las ofertas se hacen acompa\u00f1ar de im\u00e1genes fotogr\u00e1ficas y el llenado de formularios que indican el tipo de amenidades que se incluyen. Cuando esta oferta no cumple las expectativas de los consumidores, estos pueden calificar el servicio y agregar comentarios acerca de sus experiencias.<\/p>\n

Otro ejemplo se puede observar en la oferta de las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles para gesti\u00f3n de viajes en autom\u00f3vil. Uber, Cabify y otras aplicaciones ofrecen una gesti\u00f3n del servicio y algunas medidas de seguridad, las cuales, sin embargo, no han sido suficientes ante casos de robo, abusos, secuestros y hasta homicidios.<\/p>\n

En 2017, por ejemplo, fue sonado el caso del feminicidio en contra de la joven estudiante Mara Fernanda Castilla, que ocurri\u00f3 en el estado de Puebla y provoc\u00f3 que a la marca le fuera\u00a0<\/span>retirada la licencia\u00a0<\/span>para su operaci\u00f3n en aquel estado de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana.<\/p>\n

Se trata de un ejemplo de lo que las marcas tienen que enfrentar cuando el servicio que ofrecen se traslada al terreno de la realidad y sale del puro \u00e1mbito digital. Para garantizar eficiencia, es posible recurrir al manejo de datos e informaci\u00f3n que permita medir en qu\u00e9 partes del proceso de servicio existen problemas. El manejo de data resulta de gran utilidad para ello.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la calificaci\u00f3n en el servicio se puede dar por parte del consumidor, pero tambi\u00e9n el prestador de servicio se ve protegido con la posibilidad de ser \u00e9l quien califique la conducta del cliente.<\/p>\n
