Sin embargo, la postura de Telcel iba un poco atrasada porque apenas anunciaba el lanzamiento de la red 4.5G, y evidentemente sus planes con la red m\u00e1s actualizada no eran claros.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Actualmente lo \u00fanico que si tenemos claro es que la quinta generaci\u00f3n de red llegar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o a nuestro pa\u00eds, pero debemos tomar en cuenta que ser\u00e1 de una forma muy limitada ya que solamente los smartphones que cuenten con la tecnolog\u00eda adecuada podr\u00e1n soportar el 5G.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la BBC, AT&amp;T y Telcel estar\u00edan desplegando la red 5G en M\u00e9xico en alg\u00fan momento en el 2020, pero como se mencion\u00f3 anteriormente\u00a0el alcance de esta red s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 para el 3% de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news__bodyrelated\">\n<article class=\"news--summary news--90x90 news--summary--related\" data-viewmorelast=\"false\">\n<div class=\"news__data\">\n<h5 class=\"news__title\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el 5G? \u00a1Nosotros te lo decimos!<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<p>Otra compa\u00f1ia que no se va a quedar atr\u00e1s es la de Movistar que tiene entre sus planes lanzar en Per\u00fa la red 5G para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o y pues indican\u00a0que en M\u00e9xico todav\u00eda no van a probar suerte.<\/p>\n<p>Otro pa\u00eds que tendr\u00e1 esta tecnolog\u00eda su alcance ser\u00e1 Brasil pero en su caso no llegar\u00e1 hasta 2023. La GSM Intelligence\u00a0 ha revelado que no ser\u00e1 sino hasta 2025 cuando se logre la expansi\u00f3n de la cobertura 5G en la regi\u00f3n, la cual tendr\u00e1 el alcance de un poco m\u00e1s del 40% de la poblaci\u00f3n latinoamericana, superando los 62 millones de conexiones en esta parte del continente.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte de toda la infraestructura que deben montar las operadoras para ofrecer servicio en la red 5G se necesitan equipos compatibles con esta tecnolog\u00eda de red, seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n de Uno Cero.<\/p>\n<p>Un detalle importante es que por ahora los tel\u00e9fonos 5G son de la gama premium por lo que pertenecen a un grupo de\u00a0un nivel socioecon\u00f3mico medio alto, y\u00a0hasta que no haya tel\u00e9fonos de gama media con conexi\u00f3n 5G no podemos esperar a\u00a0que la adopci\u00f3n crezca de forma radical en M\u00e9xico y Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n es que la BBC menciona que el despliegue de la red 5G en M\u00e9xico s\u00f3lo cubrir\u00e1 el 3% de la poblaci\u00f3n, pues seguramente solo estar\u00e1 disponible en las ciudades y estados\u00a0 privilegiados como\u00a0la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara y Monterrey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: El Imparcial<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace dos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s AT&amp;T hab\u00eda mencionado que centrar\u00eda sus metas en que la red 5G llegara a\u00a0M\u00e9xico y hoy en d\u00eda sabemos de sus avances.
