{"id":17256,"date":"2019-07-24T09:33:14","date_gmt":"2019-07-24T15:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=17256"},"modified":"2019-07-24T09:33:24","modified_gmt":"2019-07-24T15:33:24","slug":"estudio-revela-como-combatir-la-adiccion-a-los-videojuegos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/videojuegos\/estudio-revela-como-combatir-la-adiccion-a-los-videojuegos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio revela c\u00f3mo combatir la adicci\u00f3n a los videojuegos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La adicci\u00f3n a los videojuegos es un problema que va en aumento en estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, un estudio alem\u00e1n concluy\u00f3 que este trastorno no necesita del uso de medicamentos, sino que, simplemente,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>requiere \u2018reconfigurar\u2019\u00a0la relaci\u00f3n del paciente con los videojuegos.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan esta investigaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 los pacientes experimentaron una tasa de remisi\u00f3n del 70% mediante este tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, en vez de alejarlos de los videojuegos,\u00a0la f\u00f3rmula propone cambiar su enfoque sobre esta forma de ocio. Un cambio de perspectiva, en vez de apostar por la abstinencia.<\/p>\n<div class=\"single-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-831681 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fmdos.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/videojuegos-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Es importante tener en cuenta que solo una minor\u00eda est\u00e1 desarrollando un comportamiento adictivo hacia los juegos y otras actividades de Internet. Del mismo modo, es igualmente importante tomarnos en serio a estos pacientes y aceptar que est\u00e1n sufriendo y que necesitan ayuda. Cualquier otra cosa ser\u00eda mera ignorancia\u2019, se\u00f1al\u00f3 uno de los autores.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Nuestro principal objetivo no es tener a los pacientes alejados de ninguna pantalla, sino m\u00e1s bien permitirles controlar su comportamiento\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en lugar de emplear f\u00e1rmacos en el tratamiento,\u00a0los investigadores apostaron por la TCC;\u00a0consiste en una forma de terapia basada en la conversaci\u00f3n, que\u00a0obliga a los pacientes a analizar y reajustar sus propios pensamientos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-831680 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fmdos.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/videojuegos2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente: FMDOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearfix social-desk text-center d-lg-block d-none mt-3\">\n<div class=\"row no-gutters\">\n<div class=\"col-6 rrss-desk\"><span>FMDOS.
