Adem\u00e1s, 90% considera que la inteligencia artificial eliminar\u00e1 ciertos puestos en las organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en opini\u00f3n de los reclutadores en M\u00e9xico respecto al presupuesto destinado al \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos, el 66% considera que este departamento es el que menos cuenta con recursos de toda su empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Redes sociales, las \u2018ganadoras\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a cu\u00e1les son las herramientas m\u00e1s efectivas para contratar talento, destaca que 60% de los entrevistados considera que las bolsas de trabajo han perdido efectividad frente a las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>La fuente m\u00e1s efectiva entre los reclutadores para contratar colaboradores, de acuerdo con la encuesta, son las redes sociales como primer lugar, seguido de las bolsas de trabajo y las recomendaciones personales. Las fuentes que continuan la lista son los grupos de intercambio (como grupos en whatsapp) y las ferias de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas organizaciones en M\u00e9xico, y los reclutadores en concreto, ver\u00e1n un impacto en el trabajo de seleccionar personal con la inteligencia artificial, gracias a la disminuci\u00f3n de tiempos que presentan una vez que usan herramientas como la video vacante y los chatbox para identificar al mejor candidato. Apoyarse en un software, por la variedad de recursos que \u00e9ste ofrece, abre las posibilidades a tener informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s certera de una persona, mucho m\u00e1s que lo que se encuentra en el curriculum tradicional, y esto permite ubicar perfiles que realmente se ajustan con las vacantes\u201d, comenta Fernando Calder\u00f3n, Country Manager de Worcket M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que 76% de los reclutadores entrevistados afirma que confiar\u00eda en la inteligencia artificial para contratar a una persona, solo el 7% \u2018delegar\u00eda\u2019 al 100% a una computadora la responsabilidad de filtrar candidatos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Reclutadores conf\u00edan cada vez m\u00e1s en la inteligencia artificial para contratar personal.
