Para realizar el an\u00e1lisis y la detecci\u00f3n del fluido, utiliza la inteligencia artificial y un conjunto de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>sensores electroqu\u00edmicos multisensitivos<\/strong>, cada uno de ellos formados por pares de electrodos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lado frt\">\n<p>Al igual\u00a0 que el sentido del gusto o el olfato, los sensores de Hypertaste responden simult\u00e1neamente a diferentes compuestos qu\u00edmicos<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los l\u00edquidos complejos contienen muchas mol\u00e9culas diferentes y es la combinaci\u00f3n de todas ellas lo que los distinguen unos de otros. Por eso, para poder identificarlos, es necesario analizar sus mol\u00e9culas en su conjunto.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual\u00a0 que el sentido del gusto o el olfato no tiene un receptor para cada mol\u00e9cula de un alimento, sino que reacciona a partir de una combinaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, los sensores de Hypertaste son capaces de responder simult\u00e1neamente a diferentes compuestos qu\u00edmicos. De este modo, a trav\u00e9s de la combinaci\u00f3n de estos diferentes sensores, se puede realizar un an\u00e1lisis hol\u00edstico del conjunto de componentes de un l\u00edquido y hallar su \u2018huella dactilar\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algoritmo de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todos los datos recogidos se trasladan a trav\u00e9s de una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil a la nube, donde un algoritmo de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico compara esta huella digital con una base de datos con informaci\u00f3n sobre l\u00edquidos conocidos. El algoritmo determina qu\u00e9 l\u00edquidos de la base de datos son similares qu\u00edmicamente al l\u00edquido que se est\u00e1 investigando.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lado flt\">\n<p>A largo plazo, podr\u00eda analizar muestras de orina de una persona y ayudar a obtener una evaluaci\u00f3n de la huella dactilar metab\u00f3lica<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Un aspecto clave en todo este proceso es el \u2018entrenamiento\u2019 que recibe el algoritmo de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico de Hypertaste, que le ense\u00f1a a reconocer el patr\u00f3n caracter\u00edstico de se\u00f1ales de voltaje de un l\u00edquido espec\u00edfico, mediante m\u00faltiples mediciones de ese patr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las aplicaciones de esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda, se encuentran el sector farmac\u00e9utico y de la salud, adem\u00e1s de los relacionados con la calidad de aguas de r\u00edos o lagos. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda utilizarse para verificar la calidad de ciertos productos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los creadores, en un futuro Hypertaste podr\u00eda incluso llegar a detectar la huella digital de otros l\u00edquidos todav\u00eda m\u00e1s complejos. A largo plazo podr\u00eda, por ejemplo, tomar muestras de orina de una persona y ayudar a obtener una evaluaci\u00f3n de la huella dactilar metab\u00f3lica, que puede entenderse como la suma de todas las peque\u00f1as mol\u00e9culas presentes en un organismo vivo.
