Mu Changchun, subdirector de pagos del Banco Popular de China, confirm\u00f3 durante el<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>foro China Finance 40<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>que los investigadores del banco han estado trabajando en la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>moneda virtual<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>desde el a\u00f1o pasado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aunque el objetivo es reemplazar el efectivo que est\u00e1 en circulaci\u00f3n, Changchun argument\u00f3 que el plan no es eliminarlo por completo, sino que llegar\u00e1 para convivir con las versiones menos l\u00edquidas del mismo. Recordemos que China prohibi\u00f3 el bitcoin, sin embargo est\u00e1 d\u00e1ndole una oportunidad a las criptomonedas.<\/p>\n<p>Con el lanzamiento de su propia moneda virtual, el<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Banco Central de China<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>espera darle a Pek\u00edn un mayor control sobre su sistema financiero, algo que no ocurre con las criptodivisas descentralizadas.
