Un contexto que genera expectativa en los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, pero tambi\u00e9n alertas sobre el\u00a0<b>nivel de preparaci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0que sienten tener para enfrentar esta era.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Deloitte Global<\/b>\u00a0present\u00f3 los resultados de la Encuesta 2019, que recoge la opini\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de\u00a0<b>13.400 millennials\u00a0<\/b>en 42 pa\u00edses y 3.000 de la<b>\u00a0Generaci\u00f3n Z<\/b>\u00a0de 10 pa\u00edses (en Ecuador participaron 221 j\u00f3venes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan los datos recabados, casi la mitad de los encuestados a nivel global hoy est\u00e1 viendo a la Cuarta Revoluci\u00f3n Industrial como una ventana para aumentar sus oportunidades de empleo, frente a un 15 % que considera que las\u00a0<b>nuevas tecnolog\u00edas acabar\u00e1n por reemplazar su puesto<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No obstante, quienes son positivos admiten que deben prepararse. Solo un 20 % afirma tener los conocimientos y las habilidades necesarias para afrontarla, frente a un 70 % que cree necesitar desarrollar m\u00e1s sus capacidades actuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En este sentido, el 30 % de los millennials se\u00f1ala a las empresas como responsables de la formaci\u00f3n de la nueva fuerza laboral. La\u00a0<b>Generaci\u00f3n Z<\/b>, por su parte, cree que est\u00e1 responsabilidad le corresponde a las universidades y centros educativos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por su parte, en Ecuador el 96 % de los millennials creen que la tecnolog\u00eda beneficia mucho la forma en que trabajan.
