{"id":1788,"date":"2016-02-29T18:08:45","date_gmt":"2016-03-01T00:08:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=1788"},"modified":"2016-02-29T18:43:02","modified_gmt":"2016-03-01T00:43:02","slug":"nanotecnologia-para-textiles-inteligentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/nanotecnologia\/nanotecnologia-para-textiles-inteligentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Nanotecnolog\u00eda para textiles inteligentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en Qu\u00edmica Aplicada (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciqa.mx\/\">CIQA<\/a>) desarrolla materiales textiles avanzados nanoestructurados para aplicaciones industriales en <!--more-->Coahuila y M\u00e9xico, a partir de innovaciones propias y con apoyo del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (Conacyt).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Este proyecto consiste en incorporar directamente nanopart\u00edculas u otras mol\u00e9culas en fibras textiles, tanto hilos como tela no tejida, principalmente para dar una funcionalidad a estos textiles. La funcionalidad puede ser como material antimicrobial, textil luminiscente, antiest\u00e1tico, etc\u00e9tera&#8221;, explic\u00f3 el doctor Carlos Alberto \u00c1vila Orta, investigador titular B del Departamento de Materiales Avanzados del CIQA y coordinador del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el investigador, el proyecto presenta la posibilidad de agregar propiedades a los materiales textiles desde su creaci\u00f3n. &#8220;Convencionalmente lo que se hace para dar propiedades avanzadas a un textil son tratamientos superficiales sobre la tela ya acabada. Nuestra tecnolog\u00eda permite agregar esos aditivos nanoestructurados dentro de la fibra, de esta manera no se perder\u00eda tan f\u00e1cilmente el efecto o la part\u00edcula&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de la investigaci\u00f3n, el CIQA recibi\u00f3 infraestructura especializada desde Inglaterra con apoyo del Conacyt para fortalecer el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El equipo adquirido, LCEF (l\u00ednea combinada de extrusi\u00f3n de filamentos), es una l\u00ednea de extrusi\u00f3n para la obtenci\u00f3n de fibras de pol\u00edmeros termopl\u00e1sticos mediante los procesos conocidos como hilado en fundido (melt spinning) y soplado en fundido (meltblown), debido a lo cual tiene la capacidad de producir fibras para telas tejidas y no tejidas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El doctor \u00c1vila Orta se\u00f1ala que la adquisici\u00f3n de este equipo otorga nuevas posibilidades al CIQA de continuar y reforzar el proyecto a partir de innovaciones propias.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Esto nos da la posibilidad de, aplicando la tecnolog\u00eda que hemos desarrollado en CIQA, incorporar esas part\u00edculas a los pol\u00edmeros, dispersarlas de manera adecuada y eficiente, de tal manera que podamos fabricar la fibra sin que se rompa, ya que ese es un problema muy fuerte, puedes tener el aditivo pero la fibra se va a romper, o bien, el aditivo va a atascar los filtros de las f\u00e1bricas y no vas a poderlos procesar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Textiles del siglo XXI<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a las aplicaciones de estos materiales textiles avanzados, el investigador indic\u00f3 que existe una amplia gama de posibilidades, algunas son: &#8220;Material textil antimicrobial, que podr\u00eda ser usado en hospitales para prevenir las infecciones nosocomiales; material textil fotosensible, en el \u00e1rea de seguridad para identificar si un uniforme es aut\u00e9ntico o no a trav\u00e9s del material luminiscente; y material antiest\u00e1tico, para empresas que requieren evitar alg\u00fan accidente, entre otras&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al futuro del proyecto, \u00c1vila Orta explic\u00f3: &#8220;En el grupo de investigaci\u00f3n vamos por tres diferentes vertientes, una es la parte de aplicaciones industriales con empresas; vamos por la parte de propiedad intelectual, distintas patentes basadas en tecnolog\u00edas previas del CIQA, y la generaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos, ya que estamos incorporando a estudiantes de diferentes niveles para contribuir a estos proyectos y a su
