{"id":17938,"date":"2019-08-23T09:23:22","date_gmt":"2019-08-23T15:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=17938"},"modified":"2019-08-23T09:23:41","modified_gmt":"2019-08-23T15:23:41","slug":"transformacion-digital-4-0-a-la-orden-del-dia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/industria-4-0\/transformacion-digital-4-0-a-la-orden-del-dia\/","title":{"rendered":"Transformaci\u00f3n digital 4.0 a la orden del d\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adaptarse a la digitalizaci\u00f3n es lo mejor que pueden hacer las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas.<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Ricardo Rocha<\/strong>, socio-fundador de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Render,<span>\u00a0<\/span>Copangay Games Starter<\/strong>, nos habla sobre los retos y beneficios de la industria 4.0<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5 id=\"dar-el-paso-el-mayor-reto-de-la-industria-4-0\">Dar el paso, el mayor reto de la industria 4.0<\/h5>\n<p>La primera palabra que viene a la mente de Ricardo cuando hablan de<strong>industria 4.0<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>es la palabra Matrix, y es qu\u00e9 para \u00e9l, este tema no se basa solo en robots sino en un<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>cambio completo de mentalidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa transformaci\u00f3n digital y cultural, no nada m\u00e1s es un tema de computadoras, robots o maquinas, sino tambi\u00e9n es un proceso de cambio de mentalidad de la gente que las opera, gestiona, desarrolla, analiza y dise\u00f1a los procesos para que estos se puedan maximizar y optimizar\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p>El<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>miedo, desconocimiento y tiempo de adaptaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>son los principales retos a los que se enfrenta la industria hoy en d\u00eda, principalmente en las grandes empresas ya que les toma m\u00e1s tiempo adaptarse.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large\"><p>\u201cEs el momento de las medianas y las peque\u00f1as empresas que son m\u00e1s \u00e1giles y pueden tomar decisiones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, as\u00ed como, capacitar y captar las nuevas ideas de a d\u00f3nde van los nuevos caminos de la transformaci\u00f3n digital y cultural\u201d<\/p>\n<p><cite>analiza el fundador de Render.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En cuanto a los cambios que est\u00e1 sufriendo el<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>capital humano<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>comenta la importancia de adaptarse, del<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>autoaprendizaje<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>y de los nuevos conocimientos que se est\u00e1n dando en las universidades.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNosotros nos hemos ido adaptando a esas tecnolog\u00edas y t\u00e9cnicas con el autoaprendizaje.
