Es m\u00e1s, el 90% de altos directivos y expertos en<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>big data<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>aseguran haber implantado esta tecnolog\u00eda en sus compa\u00f1\u00edas. A pesar de todo,<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>el 43% de los profesionales se\u00f1ala la baja calidad de los datos dificulta como el principal obst\u00e1culo<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las posibilidades del<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>machine learning<\/em>, seguido de la falta de disponibilidad de los datos (38%), seg\u00fan datos de Refinitiv.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Eso demuestra c\u00f3mo ha evolucionado la industria en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ya que en 2017 las primeras empresas en implantar la inteligencia artificial fueron las tecnol\u00f3gicas y tan solo el 28% de las firmas financieras hab\u00edan puesto en marcha proyectos relacionados con esta tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h5>M\u00e1s talento especializado y mejor calidad de datos<\/h5>\n<p>El 75% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas financieras est\u00e1 llevando a cabo importantes inversiones en machine learning y<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>el 62% de los directivos tiene previsto contratar m\u00e1s profesionales especializados<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>en la gesti\u00f3n de datos en el futuro. Esto se debe a la ventaja competitiva que los bancos y gestores de activos pretenden obtener de la administraci\u00f3n de datos y tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, el an\u00e1lisis e informes de rendimiento y la generaci\u00f3n de rendimientos alfa son las principales aplicaciones del<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>machine learning<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>en la industria financiera. As\u00ed mismo<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>la incorporaci\u00f3n de inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 destinada a la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n de mayor calidad<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>en el 60% de los casos a una mayor productividad y velocidad (48%) y a la reducci\u00f3n de costes (46%).<\/p>\n<p>Tim Baker, director global de Innovaci\u00f3n Aplicada de Refinitiv, explica que \u201cen el futuro, se acelerar\u00e1 la innovaci\u00f3n gracias a una mayor disponibilidad de potentes herramientas de IA basadas en la nube, que reducir\u00e1n dr\u00e1sticamente las barreras de entrada y, por lo tanto, cambiar\u00e1n la din\u00e1mica competitiva en toda la industria.
