Ante la necesidad de aumentar los niveles de cobro de impuestos en M\u00e9xico, el camino se traza hacia el uso de tecnolog\u00eda inteligente que cruce y analice no solo en tiempo real, sino previsible, las operaciones que se realizan en torno a una factura.<\/h6>\n

El contador p\u00fablico y especialista en soluciones fiscales, Rafael Lores Espinosa, explica que en M\u00e9xico se generan m\u00e1s de 240 facturas por segundo, con un incremento de 20 por ciento trimestral a partir del uso de la factura electr\u00f3nica.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
\u201cM\u00e9xico ha generado, desde que existen, m\u00e1s de 54 mil millones de facturas electr\u00f3nicas, y los emisores ya suman m\u00e1s de 8 mil\u201d, se\u00f1ala el director general de CPA Vision.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Se avanza porque ya se empez\u00f3 a entender qu\u00e9 tipo de informaci\u00f3n se tiene y \u201ca generar lo que se denomin\u00f3 miner\u00eda de datos, para cruzar los reales con los que se declaran, para despu\u00e9s canalizar la informaci\u00f3n e incrementar la posibilidad de recaudar m\u00e1s. Por ejemplo, cuando se trata de la retenci\u00f3n del impuesto sobre la renta y se cruza con la declaraci\u00f3n por n\u00f3mina, se puede analizar si son los mismos datos\u2026 y adem\u00e1s salten los datos inusuales como montos de facturaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/h6>\n

Tiene que ver con hacia d\u00f3nde va el pa\u00eds, pues lo que se genera es la base para poder generar modelos de riesgo a trav\u00e9s de los sistemas tecnol\u00f3gicos y obtener una mayor recaudaci\u00f2n de manera permanente.<\/h6>\n

El especialista refiere que algo fundamental en la fiscalizaci\u00f3n \u201cson las cadenas de consumo, qu\u00e9 cliente le compr\u00f3 a qui\u00e9n\u2026 y este al que se le compr\u00f3 y as\u00ed hasta generar una cadena de datos que tengan que ver con la entrega final del bien\u201d.<\/h6>\n

Se trata de la posibilidad para el erario de dejar de vigilar al contribuyente no en tiempo real, sino un paso delante de \u00e9ste.<\/h6>\n

En 2017 se llevaban generados en el mundo 4.4 trillones gigabytes\u2026 para 2020 se llegar\u00e1 a 45 trillones de gigabytes, un incremento en cuatro a\u00f1os de diez veces, entonces el reto del volumen de la informaci\u00f3n es enorme, detalla Lores Espinosa.<\/h6>\n

Seg\u00fan estad\u00edsticas cada minuto se generan m\u00e1s de 100 mil mensajes en Twitter, m\u00e1s de 695 mil cambios de estatus en Facebook, m\u00e1s de 700 mil b\u00fasquedas en google, m\u00e1s de 168 millones de correos electr\u00f3nicos, m\u00e1s de mil 800 terabytes de datos, y hay 217 usuarios nuevos de telefon\u00eda celular.<\/h6>\n
