En el Teatro Echegaray\u00a0vive su XIII edici\u00f3n, reuniendo en su escenario a<span>\u00a0<\/span>250 expertos y l\u00edderes mundiales en el uso de tecnolog\u00edas c\u00edvicas. Desde este lunes y hasta ma\u00f1ana, un total de trece ponentes cuentan su experiencia y punto de vista siguiendo el eje central de esta edici\u00f3n: la<span>\u00a0<\/span><em class=\"mce\">Tecnolog\u00eda c\u00edvica ante los retos globales<\/em>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"mce\">EmpoderaLIVE est\u00e1 organizado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Cibervoluntarios con el apoyo del Ministerio de Trabajo, Migraciones y Seguridad Social, el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e1laga, el Instituto de las Naciones Unidas para Formaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n (Unitar) y Cifal M\u00e1laga. Su inauguraci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la presencia del alcalde, Francisco de la Torre, que asegur\u00f3 que ya es<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong class=\"mce\">\u201cun referente a nivel internacional\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mce\">La apertura de las jornada corri\u00f3 de la mano de David Cuartilles, cofundador de<span>\u00a0<\/span><em class=\"mce\">Arduino<\/em>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong class=\"mce\">uno de los dise\u00f1os libres m\u00e1s copiados del mundo y con 426.000 usuarios registrados<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>actualmente. La educaci\u00f3n y las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas fueron los puntos clave de lo que se convirti\u00f3 en una charla informal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mce\"><strong class=\"mce\">\u201cArduino es una plataforma que surgi\u00f3 con un fin educativo para dar clases de tecnolog\u00eda a dise\u00f1adores y artistas\u201d<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 Cuartilles. \u201cCuando la creamos yo estaba dando clases en la Universidad Malmo de Suecia y una de las cosas que me encontraba era que hab\u00eda gente que no ten\u00eda conocimientos previos de matem\u00e1ticas avanzadas o f\u00edsica o programaci\u00f3n y yo me plante\u00e9 que ten\u00eda que empezar a pensar en formatear dispositivos digitales para el futuro\u201d, continu\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mce\">Shuyang Lin, Shuyang Lin, cofundadora del PDIS Taiwan (espacio p\u00fablico de innovaci\u00f3n digital del Gobierno de Taiwan); en su caso trabaja para conseguir un \u201cgobierno abierto\u201d en Taiwan. \u201cIntentamos establecer un equipo descentralizado en el gobierno centralizado de Taiwan.<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong class=\"mce\">Lo que estamos haciendo es b\u00e1sicamente es codise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas junto con los ciudadanos<\/strong>\u201d, explic\u00f3 Lin, quien no dej\u00f3 indiferentes a los oyentes, que le lanzaron numerosas preguntas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mce\">El d\u00eda continu\u00f3 con las palabras de m\u00e1s expertos, que trataron temas diversos y, a priori, muy distintos entre s\u00ed, pero que guardaban un punto com\u00fan:<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong class=\"mce\">la tecnolog\u00eda como herramienta para la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>.
