La innovaciones han transformado la interacci\u00f3n de las personas, las empresas y todos los sectores econ\u00f3micos. Existe una masiva generaci\u00f3n de datos y la posibilidad de aprovecharlos en los procesos. Ante este panorama, Grupo Modelo decidi\u00f3 incrementar su inversi\u00f3n en nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que le permitan seguir a la vanguardia del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, la compa\u00f1\u00eda destin\u00f3 un mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares para desarrollar el Centro de Excelencia MAZ (Middle Americas Zone, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). La construcci\u00f3n \u2014a cargo de su \u00e1rea de Supply\u2014 se realiza en las instalaciones de en la Cervecer\u00eda Modelo de Apan, en Hidalgo.<\/p>\n<p>El equipamiento tecnol\u00f3gico de este centro involucra innovaciones de rob\u00f3tica, an\u00e1lisis avanzado de datos e inteligencia artificial. Con ello se pretende responder a las necesidades actuales que implica el manejo de grandes cantidades de datos en tiempo real.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se dispondr\u00e1n de m\u00e1quinas a escala que permitir\u00e1n extender, estandarizar e impulsar mejores pr\u00e1cticas alrededor de 54 operaciones que conforman la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Estas nuevas instalaciones (de 1,053 m2 de extensi\u00f3n total) ser\u00e1n destinadas a atender necesidades de capacitaci\u00f3n en aplicaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, procesos de empaque, control y automatizaci\u00f3n, control ambiental, producci\u00f3n cervecera, servicios industriales y operaciones verticales.<\/p>\n<p>Se espera que el Centro de Excelencia MAZ est\u00e9 funcionando antes de terminar el presente a\u00f1o para ofrecer en un solo sitio las m\u00e1s recientes tecnolog\u00edas que permitan mejorar los proceso.<\/p>\n<p><b>Primeros pasos en la Industria 4.0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La empresa ya ha implementado algunos modelos de Machine Learning. Por ejemplo, el sistema MES (Manufacturing Execution System), de uso com\u00fan en la industria automotriz. Al adaptar esta herramienta al sector de alimentos y al utilizarlas en las instalaciones de Apan y Yucat\u00e1n de la cervecera se ha conseguido llevar el control en tiempo real de variables de proceso para garantizar estabilidad en la receta y la mejor calidad en cada cerveza fabricada.<\/p>\n<p>Grupo Modelo tambi\u00e9n ha implementado algunas herramientas de VR (Virtual Reality) en el dise\u00f1o de cursos especializados para desarrollar habilidades operacionales en ambientes virtuales seguros; AG (Augmented Reality) con sistemas de asistencia remota para conectar expertos de m\u00e1quina en la zona y en el mundo; AI (Artificial Intelligence) soportando procesos de modulaci\u00f3n para servicios industriales y l\u00edneas de envasado; IoT (Internet Of Things) con dispositivos integrados en l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n y m\u00e1quinas de previa generaci\u00f3n para soportar esquemas de mantenimiento predictivo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Expansion.
