En Madrid ha anunciado la celebraci\u00f3n de una<strong>\u00a0cumbre mundial sobre gobernanza tecnol\u00f3gica que se celebrar\u00e1 a lo largo de 2020 en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El objetivo de este foro es analizar los grandes retos alrededor de la transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica,\u00a0<strong>elaborar recomendaciones y buscar el compromiso p\u00fablico y privado para avanzar en una mejor gobernanza del futuro digital<\/strong>\u00a0y construir as\u00ed una sociedad m\u00e1s inclusiva, equitativa y sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El encuentro previsto para 2020 plantear\u00e1 las necesidades, los retos y las obligaciones para la definici\u00f3n de una nueva gobernanza global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En concreto,\u00a0<strong>se plantear\u00e1 c\u00f3mo abordar una nueva regulaci\u00f3n para garantizar los derechos y obligaciones del ciudadano en el \u00e1mbito de la privacidad y gesti\u00f3n de datos<\/strong>, c\u00f3mo combatir las m\u00faltiples vertientes de la brecha digital (conectividad, exclusi\u00f3n social, etc.) y la conflictividad asociada a la \u00e9tica en el \u00e1mbito tecnol\u00f3gico (toma de decisiones por parte de inteligencias artificiales, por poner un ejemplo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Redacci\u00f3n Computing.
