Este negocio es el de las insurtech o empresas de seguros que empiezan a ser parte de la conversaci\u00f3n dentro de las venture capitals y dentro de las ferias de emprendimiento, pues similar a lo que ha pasado con la banca tradicional, la industria aseguradora se renueva.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSi bien la mayor\u00eda de las inversiones de las aseguradoras en las empresas insurtech se destinan a compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e1s maduras, la mayor\u00eda de los participantes de la encuesta muestran su preferencia por invertir en las etapas iniciales, con la excepci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas en Am\u00e9rica Latina, donde los encuestados prefieren estadios m\u00e1s avanzados\u201d precisa el estudio Insurtech Data 2019, de Everis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El estudio adem\u00e1s precisa hacia d\u00f3nde se mueve la inversi\u00f3n de este tipo de aplicaciones, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la madurez, pues ve que aquellas que est\u00e1n basadas en cloud son las favoritas, seguidas de aquellas que utilizan Big Data &amp; back end e Inteligencia Artificial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstas inversiones revelan la necesidad de procesar y aprender de los datos son valiosos para construir una oferta personalizada, atraer y retener al cliente y conseguir procesos m\u00e1s eficientes en todas las l\u00edneas de negocio\u201d, precisa el informe de Everis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El estudio hecho por NTT Data y Everis demuestra no s\u00f3lo las cifras presentadas antes, sino tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos ecosistemas, similar a lo que est\u00e1 pasando con las fintechs, donde la regulaci\u00f3n llega y con ella la evaluaci\u00f3n de cada propuesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl negocio de seguros es distinto y por lo mismo ser\u00e1 diferente la forma en c\u00f3mo se va a desarrollar en el futuro pr\u00f3ximo. Al final en el tema financiero se trata de una interacci\u00f3n recurrente donde se pueden ofrecer servicios diarios, con los seguros es distinto y por lo mismo ser\u00e1 un ecosistema m\u00e1s interesante de ver avanzar\u201d precis\u00f3 a Expansi\u00f3n, Marcelo Gonz\u00e1lez, CEO de VeriTran, empresa enfocada a proveer tecnolog\u00eda a fintechs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo es un mercado que se mueve. La firma de an\u00e1lisis Everis indica que las startups est\u00e1n jugando un papel fundamental en el desarrollo de soluciones que den respuesta a las necesidades del sector: una mayor fidelizaci\u00f3n de clientes, nuevas fuentes de ingresos y mayor eficiencia operacional, sin embargo empresas m\u00e1s \u2018maduras\u2019 tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n llamando la atenci\u00f3n de las aseguradoras, sobre todo en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras que Gonz\u00e1lez indica que si bien el tema regulatorio de fintech har\u00e1 que el camino de las insurtech sea m\u00e1s sencillo, tambi\u00e9n las podr\u00e1 s\u00f3lo enfocar a un tipo de servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos seguros de auto pueden ser una opci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n los de ahorro, pero para seguros como de vida o hipotecarios ser\u00e1 distinto, pues se trata de acciones m\u00e1s complejas\u201d argumenta el ejecutivo de VeriTran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y sobre este tipo de seguros de auto, las tecnol\u00f3gicas se han vuelto un aliado para crecer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDe acuerdo con las respuestas de la encuesta, se considera que todos los gigantes tecnol\u00f3gicos tendr\u00e1n una gran relevancia en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os en el sector asegurador. Las respuestas trasladan la percepci\u00f3n de que Google y Amazon ser\u00e1n los que van a tener mayor impacto en los \u00e1mbitos de tecnolog\u00eda y distribuci\u00f3n, respectivamente\u201d apunta everis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y el por qu\u00e9 de esto es el propio crecimiento de asistentes de voz, veh\u00edculos aut\u00f3nomos y hogares inteligentes, de acuerdo con el estudio de NTT Data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bruno Abril, socio responsable global de seguros de Everis, apunta: \u201clas grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas aseguradoras confirman que la fragmentaci\u00f3n de la cadena de valor por parte de las insurtech es cada vez m\u00e1s un punto clave en su agenda estrat\u00e9gica.
