{"id":19055,"date":"2019-10-17T08:28:39","date_gmt":"2019-10-17T14:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=19055"},"modified":"2019-10-17T08:29:28","modified_gmt":"2019-10-17T14:29:28","slug":"el-nearshoring-es-un-buen-negocio-para-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/empresa\/el-nearshoring-es-un-buen-negocio-para-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"El nearshoring es un buen negocio para M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Por todos es sabido que las industrias de los pa\u00edses desarrollados, principalmente Estados Unidos y Europa, han estado llevando su proceso productivo total o parcial a pa\u00edses de bajo coste en mano de obra como, por ejemplo, el sudeste asi\u00e1tico.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Esta pr\u00e1ctica conocida como<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>\u201coff-shoring\u201d<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>vino de la mano de la globalizaci\u00f3n, que transform\u00f3 durante las d\u00e9cadas de los 80, 90 y 2000 a las econom\u00edas de todo el mundo. El fen\u00f3meno globalizador impact\u00f3 en muchas \u00e1reas dentro de la cadena de valor de las organizaciones, pero especialmente en la gesti\u00f3n de las cadenas de suministro y la manufactura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Pero hoy, en medio de un nuevo contexto global de guerras comerciales, si bien este proceso a\u00fan sigue ocurriendo, el ritmo de casos se ha desacelerado. De hecho, las empresas est\u00e1n creando nuevas alternativas para la gesti\u00f3n de su producci\u00f3n como la relocalizaci\u00f3n en los pa\u00edses de origen, conocido como<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>\u201creshoring\u201d,<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/i>o en pa\u00edses que est\u00e1n en cercan\u00eda, lo que se denomina<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>\u201cnearshoring\u201d.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Entre otros, el motivo de este cambio es que las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en los pa\u00edses desarrollados y emergentes generar\u00e1n innovaci\u00f3n con mayor productividad, lo que permite desarrollar en ellos, productos que antes no era posible, redise\u00f1ar productos existentes o crear nuevos productos desde cero.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">La inteligencia artificial, el<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>machine learning<\/i>, la impresi\u00f3n aditiva, los sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n, el internet de las cosas<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>(IoT<\/i>) y la gesti\u00f3n de grandes datos (<i>Big Data<\/i>) est\u00e1n redise\u00f1ando el paisaje de la manufactura en los pa\u00edses desarrollados y emergentes provocando un cambio en el \u201cqu\u00e9\u201d, \u201cc\u00f3mo\u201d, \u201ccu\u00e1ndo\u201d y \u201cd\u00f3nde\u201d se fabrica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Por ello y seg\u00fan el \u201c<i>Reshoring Initiative Report, 2017\u201d<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>el<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>nearshoring<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>representa aproximadamente un 22% del total de casos de reshoring en EEUU. Y es que las empresas europeas y americanas prefieren, cada vez m\u00e1s, producir en cercan\u00eda al sitio donde est\u00e1 la empresa matriz por sus ventajas en t\u00e9rminos de costes, de estrategia de negocio, pero sobre todo de tecnolog\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">As\u00ed y seg\u00fan el informe<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/marketing.eae.es\/prensa\/SRC_Reshoring.pdf\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u201cMade in Spain \u00bfotra vez?<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u201d<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>de EAE Business School las compa\u00f1\u00edas que realizan<i><span>\u00a0<\/span>reshoring<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>y<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>nearshoring<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>tienen un grado de innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica mayor, comparado con las compa\u00f1\u00edas que realizan offshoring.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Esta situaci\u00f3n posiciona a M\u00e9xico en una situaci\u00f3n privilegiada frente a otros pa\u00edses Latinoamericanos ya que, seg\u00fan el mismo estudio, M\u00e9xico es, junto a Canad\u00e1, el principal destino de las empresas americanas para realizar<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>nearshoring<\/i>. Por ello y seg\u00fan el<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>Reshoring Initiative Report 2017<\/i>, las importaciones de M\u00e9xico a EEUU llevan un 40% de componentes producidos en EEUU, mientras que las importaciones de China solo un 5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Esta tendencia puede generar en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, , un impacto positivo en la econom\u00eda mexicana y en t\u00e9rminos de generaci\u00f3n de empleo. Pero tambi\u00e9n exige retos para el pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">A nivel gubernamental, es importante que M\u00e9xico establezca medidas sistem\u00e1ticas de control de las actividades de<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>reshoring<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>y<span>\u00a0<\/span><i>nearshoring<\/i><span>\u00a0<\/span>para poder ofrecer a las compa\u00f1\u00edas asistencia que les facilite el proceso de relocalizar sus centros productivos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Pero adem\u00e1s, M\u00e9xico debe apostar por la educaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de la fuerza de trabajo en las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes, un factor principal que influye en las decisiones de localizaci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas en uno u otro pa\u00eds cercano y que es clave para ofrecer niveles de productividad m\u00e1s alto a las compa\u00f1\u00edas que elijan este pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Invitado Forbes.
