Y es que<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>solo tienes que buscar el nombre de una persona y sabr\u00e1s al instante si tiene redes sociales<\/b>, donde trabaja, quienes son sus amigos, o hasta su tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la realidad no tenemos ning\u00fan tipo de privacidad porque<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>somos nosotros mismos los que estamos dando permiso a Google<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>para que publique nuestros datos, aunque no somos conscientes de ello. En 2014, la Justicia europea fall\u00f3 a favor del denominado &#8220;derecho al olvido&#8221;, lo que permite a los ciudadanos europeos eliminar todos los datos que no tengan &#8220;<b>relevancia p\u00fablica<\/b>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Justicia europea ha decidido que los buscadores de Google<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>deber\u00e1n aplicar este derecho<\/b>, pero \u00fanicamente dentro del \u00e1mbito local de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Si quieres lograr que Google borre tus datos<\/b>, es tan sencillo como rellenar el formulario que encontrar\u00e1s<span>\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"pulsando aqu\u00ed\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/webmasters\/tools\/legal-removal-request?complaint_type=rtbf&amp;visit_id=1-636594746444989257-2060575080&amp;hl=es&amp;rd=1&amp;pli=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>pulsando aqu\u00ed<\/b><\/a>. Al rellenarlo Google buscar\u00e1 un equilibrio entre los derechos de privacidad de los usuarios, y el<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>derecho del p\u00fablico a conocer y distribuir informaci\u00f3n<\/b>. Al evaluar tu solicitud, Google examinar\u00e1 si los resultados incluyen informaci\u00f3n obsoleta sobre ti, as\u00ed como si existe inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico por esa informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto significa que,<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>si eres un usuario de a pie y no un personaje de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico<\/b>, Google borrar\u00e1 los datos que tenga registrados sobre ti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>TecnoXplora.
