Uno de los m\u00e1s interesantes es la<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>nanotecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>. Se trata de un campo tecnol\u00f3gico y cient\u00edfico que se aplica al nivel de nanoescala. Es decir, unas medidas muy peque\u00f1as que reciben el nombre de &#8220;nanos&#8221;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"title2\">Concepto de nanotecnolog\u00eda<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a esta tecnolog\u00eda es posible el tratamiento y la manipulaci\u00f3n de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>estructuras moleculares<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>y sus<span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00e1tomos. Por lo tanto, la nanotecnolog\u00eda se define como el dise\u00f1o, la creaci\u00f3n, la manipulaci\u00f3n y la aplicaci\u00f3n de materiales y sistemas funcionales mediante el control de la materia a nano escala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando se manupula la materia a una escala tan extremadamente peque\u00f1a de \u00e1tomos y mol\u00e9culas, se crean fen\u00f3menos nuevos. Para ponerlo en perspectiva, una<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>hoja de papel<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>tiene 100.000 nan\u00f3metros de grosor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los cient\u00edficos y<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>expertos en tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>coinciden en que la nanotecnolog\u00eda ser\u00e1 la gran protagonista de la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n de innovaci\u00f3n. Transformar\u00e1 pr\u00e1cticamente todos los sectores de actividad: medicina, transporte, energ\u00eda, aeroespecial\u2026 Gracias a ella se crear\u00e1n materiales m\u00e1s fuertes, duraderos y livianos que los que se utilizan a d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00e1mbito del c<strong>uidado de la salud<\/strong>, la nanotecnolog\u00eda tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 m\u00faltiples aplicaciones en un futuro pr\u00f3ximo. Actualmente se dest\u00e1n desarrollando herramientas sofisticadas y complejas para el diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer, entre otras enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"title2\">Origen<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El padre de la conocida como nanociencia es Richar Feynman, premio<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Nobel de f\u00edsica<\/strong>. A mediados del Siglo XX propuso la fabricaci\u00f3n de productos tomando como base el reordenamiento de mol\u00e9culas y \u00e1tomos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad la nanotecnolog\u00eda ya est\u00e1 aportando grandes beneficios en \u00e1reas como el cuidado la salud, la seguridad naional y el medio ambiente: mejorar la<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>detecci\u00f3n de armas biol\u00f3gicas<\/strong>, eliminar contaminantes del agua, reducir el riesgo de infecci\u00f3n de heridas\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Janire Manzanas, J.
