m\u00e1s de ocho toneladas de carbono y produzcan seis toneladas de ox\u00edgeno<\/strong>\u201d al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edificio estar\u00e1 situado en la Milla de la Cultura de la capital del Reino Unido, una zona muy transitada entre Farringdon y Moorgate en la ciudad de Londres.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" style=\"text-align: por el estudio londinense Sheppard Robson para reemplazar un edificio de oficinas existente en la esquina del Viaducto de Holborn, y demostrar c\u00f3mo la arquitectura puede abordar cuestiones como el<span>\u00a0<\/span>cambio clim\u00e1tico<span>\u00a0<\/span>y la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img zona verde aislada, sentimos que un enfoque inmersivo e integrado tendr\u00eda el mayor impacto en las condiciones ambientales locales, haciendo una ciudad mejor y m\u00e1s habitable, adem\u00e1s de articular una declaraci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica clara.<\/p>\n<p><cite>Dan Burr, socio de Sheppard Robson.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez terminado, este edificio de 11 pisos, contar\u00e1 con un hotel de cinco estrellas, adem\u00e1s de una mezcla de oficinas, espacios de trabajo conjunto y para eventos, un sky-bar, un spa y un restaurante a nivel del suelo.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" se debe a un edificio de antes de la guerra que ocupaba anteriormente la esquina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, a diferencia del edificio original, la planta baja estar\u00e1 alejada del borde de la calle para permitir la conexi\u00f3n con una peque\u00f1a plaza al frente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Envuelto por el muro viviente, tambi\u00e9n incorporar\u00e1 jardines en los<span>\u00a0<\/span>tejados con flores<span>\u00a0<\/span>silvestres nativas amenazadas para ayudarles a florecer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edificio ser\u00e1 lo m\u00e1s sostenible posible, contar\u00e1 con acristalamiento eficiente para minimizar la ganancia de calor en el edificio, que se combinar\u00e1 con fuentes de<span>\u00a0<\/span>energ\u00eda renovables, incluidas las<span>\u00a0<\/span>bombas de calor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n incorporar\u00e1 la<span>\u00a0<\/span>recolecci\u00f3n de agua de
