{"id":19286,"date":"2019-12-03T09:30:56","date_gmt":"2019-12-03T15:30:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=19286"},"modified":"2019-12-03T09:30:56","modified_gmt":"2019-12-03T15:30:56","slug":"nuevas-camaras-de-transito-detectaran-si-conductores-usan-sus-celulares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/sociedad\/nuevas-camaras-de-transito-detectaran-si-conductores-usan-sus-celulares\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevas c\u00e1maras de tr\u00e1nsito detectar\u00e1n si conductores usan sus celulares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El avance de la tecnolog\u00eda contin\u00faa a paso redoblado y as\u00ed es que Nueva Gales del Sur ha anunciado la implementaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1maras de detecci\u00f3n de tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles para reducir el n\u00famero de muertes en carreteras.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las c\u00e1maras funcionan con inteligencia artificial y est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para revisar im\u00e1genes y detectar el uso ilegal de estos dispositivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gobierno australiano tiene como objetivo capturar alrededor de 135 millones de veh\u00edculos al a\u00f1o dentro de cuatro a cinco a\u00f1os utilizando el dispositivo alimentado por IA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan Transport for NSW, la primera c\u00e1mara de detecci\u00f3n de tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles del mundo funcionar\u00e1 las 24 horas, llueva o truene.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando comiencen los sistemas de detecci\u00f3n, los automovilistas recibir\u00e1n cartas de advertencia durante los primeros tres meses. Despu\u00e9s de lo cual, se impondr\u00e1n multas de 344 d\u00f3lares australianos (unos 3,000 pesos mexicanos al cambio oficial del d\u00eda de hoy) por la multa est\u00e1ndar y 457 (unos 6,000) por ser detectados en \u00e1reas escolares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inclusive el sistema prev\u00e9 que los conductores tambi\u00e9n reciban puntos de penalizaci\u00f3n en ambas situaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Nueva Gales del Sur, es legal realizar o recibir llamadas de voz mientras conduce, pero solo a trav\u00e9s de un dispositivo manos libres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, las videollamadas, el uso de las redes sociales y la fotograf\u00eda est\u00e1n prohibidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Forbes Staff.
