El t\u00edtulo lo deja claro: \u201c<\/span><span>La<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>uberizaci\u00f3n<\/em><span>\u00a0de los<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>servicios legales<\/span><span>. C\u00f3mo la tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1 reformando la industria del derecho\u201d<\/span><span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Los departamentos de<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>recursos humanos<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>tambi\u00e9n se unen a la<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>revoluci\u00f3n freelance<\/span><span>. Sea mediante plataformas especializadas como<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>One Circle<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>o bien en plataformas generalistas como<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Flexing It<\/span><span>(India) donde<\/span><span>el 10% de los freelancers ya son expertos en RRHH y\/o gesti\u00f3n de organizaciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><em>gig economy<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 llegando a los<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>arquitectos e ingenieros<\/span><span>?<\/span><span>. La construcci\u00f3n es una industria que funciona por proyectos as\u00ed que plataformas como<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.handiss.com\/\"><span>Handiss<\/span><\/a><span>(<\/span><span>construcci\u00f3n de edificios<\/span><span>) o<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rigup.com\/\"><span>RigUp<\/span><\/a><span>(<\/span><span>construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de pozos petrol\u00edferos<\/span><span>)<\/span><span>tienen todo el sentido del mundo para organizar estos sectores.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>En &#8220;<\/span><span>cuidados<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>en tiempos de<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>plataformas<\/span>&#8220;<span>\u00a0o \u201c<\/span><span>los \u201c<\/span><span>riders<\/span><span>\u201d de la<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>limpieza<\/span><span>\u201d abundan ejemplos nacionales como<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Cuideo<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Cuidim<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Familiados<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Nannyfy<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>MyPoppins<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>Clintu<\/span><span>, etc. En la mayor\u00eda de estudios sobre el futuro del trabajo el \u00e1mbito de los cuidados es uno de los que tiene mayor proyecci\u00f3n de crecimiento en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>El campo<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>se\u00a0<em>uberiza<\/em><\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>la\u00a0<em>uberizaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0de la<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>educaci\u00f3n<\/span><span>,<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>las<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>enfermeras<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>llegan a la econom\u00eda gig<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>y<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>los<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>doctores<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>ya est\u00e1n disponibles bajo demanda<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Etc\u00e9tera<\/span><span>, etc\u00e9tera, etc\u00e9tera.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no deber\u00edamos hablar de uberizar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"teads-inread sm-screen\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo mi punto de vista<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>uberizar<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>no es el mejor t\u00e9rmino que podemos usar para describir lo que est\u00e1 pasando. Uber es una empresa que opera (principalmente) en un sector concreto, con<span>\u00a0<\/span>unas pr\u00e1cticas empresariales concretas, con<span>\u00a0<\/span>unos retos legales concretos, con<span>\u00a0<\/span>un modelo de negocio concreto, con un<span>\u00a0<\/span>tipo de inversores concretos, etc&#8230; \u00bfCu\u00e1nto del caso concreto de Uber es trasladable a<span>\u00a0<\/span>Handiss,<span>\u00a0<\/span>OneCircle,<span>\u00a0<\/span>Jobtoday<span>\u00a0<\/span>o<span>\u00a0<\/span>Nannyfy?.<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Uberizarlo<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>todo nos dificulta observar la diversidad de realidades que se pueden dar entorno a los impactos de la plataformas digitales en el mercado de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 otras palabras podemos usar? Borja Adsuara propuso<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>la tinderizaci\u00f3n del mercado de trabajo<\/em>. Por el momento mi t\u00e9rmino favorito sigue siendo<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>pixelaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0aunque la palabra<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>fisura<\/em>\u00a0o<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>fractura<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>del mercado de trabajo me parecen muy adecuados tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/G13jSZZxZ23bfz0NthCuzsGHAK0BFmGXMS_kfiOZ450GlhSVUKGZBBsx8fqp14Bas_L32irfFXzSInYi0_0ipuo-hMdCX98RC2oPgT1BIHL0LUhs1H8dpXyuP3v4F7IvjbrUJbNM\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"320\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Lo que todos estos t\u00e9rminos intentan describir es c\u00f3mo<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>la relaci\u00f3n laboral tradicional se rompe y se<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>atomizan<\/span><span>. El reto es que, en paralelo, los riesgos y responsabilidades de las relaciones laborales tambi\u00e9n se fracturan y se diluyen de manera poco clara entre las partes. Por defecto<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>las personas trabajadoras acaban tomando la mayor parte de los riesgos y responsabilidades<\/span><span>. Esto es un problema, un problema grave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El reto compartido de recomponer las fisuras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Es obvio que este tipo de entorno laboral pixelado implica, en las circunstancias actuales, una peor experiencia laboral y una menor seguridad econ\u00f3mica para las personas trabajadoras. Como sociedad deber\u00eda preocuparnos y ponernos en alerta ya que cada vez m\u00e1s sectores y m\u00e1s personas parecen encaminados en esta direcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El genio ya est\u00e1 fuera de la botella y apuesto que ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil regresar a los a\u00f1os 70 u 80. Es importante<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>empezar a debatir, con un mirada fresca e innovadora, c\u00f3mo podemos recomponer las fisuras que se crean<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>en lo econ\u00f3mico, en lo social, en lo personal, etc.<\/span><span>Desde las administraciones, las plataformas y los empleadores en general, los sindicatos y las nuevas formas de organizaci\u00f3n colectiva, los trabajadores, las patronales, los consumidores, los centros de aprendizaje y formaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Esperemos que en 2020 dejemos de hablar tanto de los retos (que ya empiezan a estar bastante claros) y podamos empezar a escuchar m\u00e1s acerca de<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>respuestas innovadoras y creativas<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>a los mismos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Albert Ca\u00f1igueral, A.
