Para complementar, ahora vamos a ense\u00f1ar\u00a0c\u00f3mo bloquear un n\u00famero celular de Telcel, Movistar, AT&T o Unefon en M\u00e9xico\u00a0como parte de la edici\u00f3n de esta semana de nuestra secci\u00f3n\u00a0Xataka Basics M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Mejor prevenir<\/p>\n

Bloquear un n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico en caso de p\u00e9rdida o extrav\u00edo es importante, para evitar posibles usos indebidos y, en menor medida, gastos innecesarios. El punto es que es mejor prevenir. Dicho esto, vamos con los procesos de bloqueo en cada uno de los operadores m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds, cuya atenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica es fundamental, as\u00ed como acudir directamente a un centro de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Telcel<\/p>\n

Hablando espec\u00edficamente de Telcel, los usuarios se pueden comunicar desde otro n\u00famero Telcel\u00a0marcando al *264 si son usuarios prepago o al *111 para usuarios pospago. Sin embargo, invariablemente ser\u00e1n atendidos en caso de marcar al n\u00famero contrario. Por lo general, al realizar la llamada aparecer\u00e1 un men\u00fa de opciones que permite elegir la opci\u00f3n *Suspender mi linea* para una conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1s directa. De igual manera se puede elegir la opci\u00f3n *Continuar la llamada* y hablar con el asesor para pedir el bloqueo de n\u00famero.<\/p>\n

\"Suspender<\/div>\n

Otra opci\u00f3n es el\u00a0chat en l\u00ednea<\/a>, activo para apoyo de los usuarios las 24 horas del d\u00eda gracias al bot de Telcel. Sin embargo, para el bloqueo de n\u00famero por robo o extrav\u00edo el horario de atenci\u00f3n es de 07:00 am a 10:00 pm, ya que es necesario hablar con un asesor.<\/p>\n

AT&T y Unefon<\/p>\n

En el caso de AT&T y Unefon el n\u00famero para atenci\u00f3n a clientes es *611\u00a0marcando desde un n\u00famero de alguna de las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas, o bien 800-1010-288\u00a0para AT&T\u00a0y 800-333-0611\u00a0para Unefon. En ambos casos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 disponible el chat en l\u00ednea, tanto en\u00a0AT&T\u00a0como en\u00a0Unefon.<\/p>\n

Movistar<\/p>\n

Movistar\u00a0indica\u00a0que para el bloqueo de robo o extrav\u00edo\u00a0se debe marcar desde otro n\u00famero Movistar al *611 o al 800-888-8366 desde cualquier n\u00famero, se presiona la tecla # y se proporciona el n\u00famero Movistar a 10 d\u00edgitos. Adem\u00e1s, existe la opci\u00f3n de\u00a0chat en l\u00ednea\u00a0para apoyo.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed de sencillo es bloquear un n\u00famero celular de alguno de los operadores de M\u00e9xico. No olviden revisar ediciones anteriores de\u00a0Xataka Basics M\u00e9xico\u00a0para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n de utilidad que no sab\u00edan que necesitaban.<\/p>\n
