No estoy sola:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>de acuerdo con un\u00a0<\/span>estudio\u00a0<\/span>de Cox Business, 61 por ciento de las mujeres empresarias comenz\u00f3 un negocio para ser su propio jefe, y m\u00e1s del 50 por ciento lo hizo para tener mayor control sobre su futuro.<\/p>\n

Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 detiene a las mujeres para dar el gran paso? A veces, una vida “suficientemente buena” es un elemento de disuasi\u00f3n. Una carrera, un buen trabajo, una familia\u2026 a menudo, estas cosas nos hacen sentir c\u00f3modas.<\/p>\n

\u201cTen\u00eda \u00e9xito en un trabajo que no era realmente dif\u00edcil\u201d, explica Linda Shesto, directora general de Pearl Aqua LLC. “Cuando lleg\u00f3 el momento de entrar en una nueva realidad y convertirme en empresaria, quer\u00eda que todo\u00a0<\/span>encajara a la perfecci\u00f3n<\/b>. Quer\u00eda que me funcionara la misma f\u00f3rmula\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Por supuesto, no existe una f\u00f3rmula m\u00e1gica para alcanzar el \u00e9xito empresarial. Lo desconocido da miedo, y no son pocas las mujeres que dudan de sus capacidades. “Creo que, sin importar cu\u00e1n preparada est\u00e9 una mujer, se sentir\u00e1 poco preparada, mientras que un hombre se sentir\u00e1 m\u00e1s preparado de lo que realmente est\u00e1\u201d. Por desgracia, los estudios apoyan esta noci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Otras mujeres dudan en perseguir la iniciativa empresarial por miedo a no tener suficiente tiempo para s\u00ed mismas o sus familias. \u00bfEl mayor desaf\u00edo? Encontrar un equilibrio entre dirigir un negocio y un hogar.<\/p>\n

Estas son cinco estrategias que te ayudar\u00e1n a sobrepasar los temores empresariales y alcanzar el \u00e9xito, incluso si planeas sumergirte en lo desconocido:<\/p>\n

1. Deja de buscar aprobaci\u00f3n y abraza tu locura<\/b><\/h5>\n

\u00c9ste es tu negocio. Es tuyo porque nadie m\u00e1s ha tenido la visi\u00f3n que t\u00fa tuviste para iniciarlo. Deja de buscar la aprobaci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s antes de lanzar un nuevo producto o aterrizar una idea. Las personas m\u00e1s exitosas son aquellas que alguna vez fueron consideradas demasiado alocadas.<\/p>\n

2. Celebra hasta el m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o de los triunfos<\/b><\/h5>\n

Para mantener una actitud que te permita alcanzar tus logros, necesitar\u00e1s un constante refuerzo positivo. \u00bfFinalmente tuviste el valor de hacer esa llamada que hab\u00edas estado posponiendo? \u00bfConseguiste deshacerte de esta pila de pendientes? \u00a1Levanta los pies para celebrar! Esa energ\u00eda te impulsar\u00e1.<\/p>\n

3. S\u00e9 espec\u00edfica<\/b><\/h5>\n

Ahora que conf\u00edas en tus instintos y celebras a lo largo del camino, r\u00e9tate a romper tu visi\u00f3n en trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Con la libertad de hacer lo que quieras durante el d\u00eda, llega un aumento en la necesidad de\u00a0<\/span>ce\u00f1irse a un plan<\/b>. \u00bfQu\u00e9 quieres lograr este mes y qu\u00e9 tienes a la mano para alcanzar tus metas? Escribir tus objetivos aumentar\u00e1 significativamente tus posibilidades de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n

4. Entiende que el dinero es como el br\u00f3coli<\/b><\/h5>\n

Un mentor alguna vez me dijo que ganar dinero es como hacer br\u00f3coli: no tienes miedo de usar el br\u00f3coli que est\u00e1 en tu refrigerador, \u00bfo s\u00ed? Sabes que siempre podr\u00e1s obtener m\u00e1s. Del mismo modo, si est\u00e1s comprometida con el crecimiento de tu negocio, no debes temer invertir en tu crecimiento o hacer las cosas que te emocionan. En lugar de preocuparte por el dinero que est\u00e1s gastando, conc\u00e9ntrate en que cada inversi\u00f3n que valga la pena.<\/p>\n

5. S\u00e9 agradecida<\/b><\/h5>\n

Mi padre sol\u00eda decir que, sin importar lo bien o mal que te vaya, siempre hay alguien a quien le va mejor o peor que a ti. La comparaci\u00f3n es la ra\u00edz de la desesperaci\u00f3n. Todos los d\u00edas podemos elegir entre ser agradecidas por lo que tenemos, sin importar en d\u00f3nde queremos estar.<\/p>\n

“Al final del d\u00eda trabajo para m\u00ed misma, y no se le puede poner un precio a eso”, afirma Sherwood. “Tampoco puedo poner un valor a las ense\u00f1anzas que les estoy dando a mis hijos mientras me ven construir mi empresa”.<\/p>\n

Como todo lo que vale la pena, ser empresario no es f\u00e1cil. No obstante, todas podemos ser agradecidas por la oportunidad que implica perseguir un trabajo significativo y construir una vida que amemos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e1s se puede pedir?<\/p>\n
