{"id":19876,"date":"2020-03-23T09:53:49","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T15:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=19876"},"modified":"2020-03-23T09:55:41","modified_gmt":"2020-03-23T15:55:41","slug":"buscan-mayor-eficiencia-a-fondos-para-ciencia-y-tecnologia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/buscan-mayor-eficiencia-a-fondos-para-ciencia-y-tecnologia\/","title":{"rendered":"Buscan mayor eficiencia a fondos para ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pleno del Congreso del Estado, aprob\u00f3 un dictamen que reforma la Ley de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda del Estado, con el fin de especificar los objetivos que tendr\u00e1n los fondos para el desarrollo de la ciencia, la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n en la Entidad; con la intenci\u00f3n de armonizarla con Ley de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda Federal.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue propuesta por la diputada Beatriz Eugenia Benavente Rodr\u00edguez, quien consider\u00f3 importante dicha armonizaci\u00f3n, pues explic\u00f3 que los recursos que se dispone en los fondos para el desarrollo de la ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n en San Luis Potos\u00ed tienen un origen federal; por lo que, su administraci\u00f3n, manejo y aplicaci\u00f3n en ocasiones est\u00e1n sujetos a la normativa y reglas de operaci\u00f3n; por tanto, la normativa estatal no debe variar.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-17\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">[irp]<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Benavente Rodr\u00edguez consider\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico sigue rezagado en la inversi\u00f3n a este rubro, por lo que consider\u00f3 indispensable que en San Luis Potos\u00ed se deben de impulsar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que permitan el desarrollo y apoyo a la investigaci\u00f3n, la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La modificaci\u00f3n aprobada, determina que el objeto de cada fondo invariablemente ser\u00e1 el otorgamiento de apoyos y financiamientos para: actividades directamente vinculadas al desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica; becas y formaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos especializados; realizaci\u00f3n de proyectos espec\u00edficos de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, innovaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera considera que dentro de los apoyos y financiamientos sean para; el registro nacional o internacional de los derechos de propiedad intelectual que se generen; la vinculaci\u00f3n de la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda con los sectores productivos y de servicios; la divulgaci\u00f3n de la ciencia, la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n; creaci\u00f3n, desarrollo o consolidaci\u00f3n de grupos de investigadores o centros de investigaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para otorgar est\u00edmulos y reconocimientos a investigadores y tecn\u00f3logos, en ambos casos asociados a la evaluaci\u00f3n de sus actividades y resultados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"referenceListItem\" title=\"Fuente a\u00f1adida recientemente a esta lista\">C\u00f3digo San Luis.
