De este modo, su principal objetivo es perpetuar al ser humano como especie, satisfaciendo sus necesidades presentes y futuras, mediante el uso responsable de los recursos naturales.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para alcanzar el denominado desarrollo sostenible se tienen que cumplir una serie de requisitos que permitan alcanzar un estado de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>equilibrio entre econom\u00eda, sociedad y medio ambiente<\/strong>:<\/h6>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h6>Econom\u00eda: viable y equitativa.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Sociedad: equitativa y vivible.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Medio ambiente: vivible y viable.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Problemas que impiden el desarrollo sostenible<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad es complicado que el desarrollo sostenible se lleve a cabo y est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca de ser una utop\u00eda que una realidad. Existen numerosos obst\u00e1culos que nos impiden<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>ideal, entre los cuales merece la pena destacar los siguientes:<\/h6>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h6>Desigualdad social, pobreza y superpoblaci\u00f3n.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Destrucci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitats, alteraci\u00f3n de paisajes naturales y extinci\u00f3n de especies.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Calentamiento global y destrucci\u00f3n de la capa de ozono como consecuencia de la contaminaci\u00f3n.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Deforestaci\u00f3n y agotamiento de los recursos naturales.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00f3mo alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como ciudadanos podemos<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>ejercer presi\u00f3n sobre las autoridades<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>locales para que tomen medidas en la direcci\u00f3n del desarrollo sostenible. Adem\u00e1s, podemos adoptar<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuidemoselplaneta.org\/2017\/12\/acciones-cuidar-el-medio-ambiente.html\">h\u00e1bitos para cuidar el medio ambiente<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Toda acci\u00f3n cuenta para promover el cambio social y concienciar sobre la necesidad de proteger los espacios naturales.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Promueve el desarrollo sostenible<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>en tu casa, en tu barrio y en tu ciudad:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Practica la regla de<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuidemoselplaneta.org\/2010\/10\/las-tres-r.html\">las tres R<\/a>: reduce, reutiliza y recicla. Separa los residuos seg\u00fan sean desechos org\u00e1nicos, papel y cart\u00f3n, envases y pl\u00e1sticos o vidrio y depos\u00edtalos en el contenedor adecuado.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Haz tu propio abono casero con los desechos org\u00e1nicos que no pueden reciclarse, como los restos de frutas, verduras y otros alimentos. Podr\u00e1s utilizarlos para nutrir tus plantas o incluso tu propio huerto.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Cultiva tus propias hortalizas en una parcela de tu jard\u00edn o con un<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>huerto urbano<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>en la ciudad. Puedes obtener verduras para tu propio consumo o para distribuirlas en tu comunidad: tomates, habas, r\u00e1banos, cebollas, lechugas y zanahorias son f\u00e1ciles de cultivar.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Recoge el agua de lluvia siempre que puedas, es la mejor para regar las plantas.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>D\u00fachate en lugar de ba\u00f1arte y recoge el agua fr\u00eda que sale mientras esperas a que se caliente. Cierra el grifo mientras te lavas los dientes y no gastes m\u00e1s agua de la que sea necesaria.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Sustituye las bombillas tradicionales por bombillas LED, duran mucho m\u00e1s tiempo y gastan menos electricidad. Ahorrar\u00e1s en tu factura y estar\u00e1s ayudando al medio ambiente.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Reemplaza las bater\u00edas desechables por bater\u00edas recargables. Los componentes de las bater\u00edas desechables son muy t\u00f3xicos y contaminantes si llegan al medio ambiente.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>En la cocina, utiliza ollas y sartenes con tapadera para aprovechar mejor el calor. Apaga el fuego un poco antes de terminar y deja que el calor retenido termine de cocinar los alimentos.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Tras hacer la colada, tiende la ropa para que se seque al sol en lugar de utilizar la secadora.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6>Si puedes permit\u00edrtelo, apuesta por las energ\u00edas renovables instalando paneles solares en tu vivienda.
