{"id":2086,"date":"2016-04-04T12:46:56","date_gmt":"2016-04-04T18:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/?p=2086"},"modified":"2016-04-04T12:46:56","modified_gmt":"2016-04-04T18:46:56","slug":"este-es-el-bioboligrafo-que-imprime-celulas-madre-durante-las-cirugias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/tech\/este-es-el-bioboligrafo-que-imprime-celulas-madre-durante-las-cirugias\/","title":{"rendered":"Este es el biobol\u00edgrafo que imprime c\u00e9lulas madre durante las cirug\u00edas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cient\u00edficos\u00a0australianos del\u00a0del Centro ARC de Excelencia para Ciencia de Electromateriales (ACES) y cirujanos del Hospital de San Vicente<!--more-->, han desarrollado un\u00a0 biobol\u00edgrafo de\u00a0impresi\u00f3n en 3D\u00a0para depositar las c\u00e9lulas madre y permitir a los cirujanos para reparar el cart\u00edlago da\u00f1ado dentro de los l\u00edmites intra-articulares de las articulaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2087 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/BioPen-3D-Printer.jpg\" alt=\"BioPen-3D-Printer\" width=\"650\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/BioPen-3D-Printer.jpg 650w, https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/BioPen-3D-Printer-600x397.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El dispositivo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para permitir a los cirujanos esculpir implantes de cart\u00edlago personalizados durante la cirug\u00eda.\u00a0Utiliza una\u00a0bio-tinta en hidrogel\u00a0hecha de algas marinas que funciona como aditivo para transportar y dar soporte a las c\u00e9lulas madre humanas, posteriormente una fuente de luz ultravioleta solidifica la tinta. Otorgando una tasa de supervivencia de las c\u00e9lulas por encima del 97%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las\u00a0bioimpresoras 3D, tienen el potencial de revolucionar la ingenier\u00eda de tejidos, puede utilizarse para imprimir c\u00e9lulas, capa por capa, para construir tejidos artificiales para su implantaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero en algunas aplicaciones, como la reparaci\u00f3n del cart\u00edlago, la geometr\u00eda exacta de un implante no puede ser conocida con precisi\u00f3n antes de la cirug\u00eda. Esto hace que sea extremadamente dif\u00edcil pre-preparar un\u00a0implante de cart\u00edlago artificial. El Biopen se sostiene en manos del cirujano, lo que permite a \u00e9ste un control sin precedentes para tratar defectos llen\u00e1ndolos de andamios a medida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2088 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/BioPen-3D.jpg\" alt=\"BioPen-3D\" width=\"650\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/BioPen-3D.jpg 650w, https:\/\/otech.uaeh.edu.mx\/noti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/BioPen-3D-600x399.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl desarrollo de este tipo de tecnolog\u00eda s\u00f3lo es posible con la interacci\u00f3n entre los cient\u00edficos y los m\u00e9dicos cl\u00ednicos: \u00e9stos para identificar el problema y los cient\u00edficos para desarrollar una soluci\u00f3n\u201d, dice el profesor Peter Choong, responsable de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo dise\u00f1\u00f3 el BioPen con las limitaciones pr\u00e1cticas de la cirug\u00eda en la mente y lo fabric\u00f3 usando pl\u00e1stico y titanio m\u00e9dicos impresos en 3D. El dispositivo es peque\u00f1o, ligero, ergon\u00f3mico y esterilizable. Una fuente de luz baja potencia se fija en el dispositivo y solidifica las tintas durante su dispensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La ventaja de la utilizaci\u00f3n de\u00a0c\u00e9lulas madre\u00a0en la reparaci\u00f3n de tejido, ha sido ampliamente documentada y usada, pues las c\u00e9lulas madres trabajan de una manera \u00fanica, son capaces de multiplicarse y diferenciarse en cualquier tipo c\u00e9lulas como hueso, m\u00fasculo o nervio.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera las aplicaciones de la BioPen van desde la creaci\u00f3n de cart\u00edlago y tejido \u00f3seo en lesiones traum\u00e1ticas,
