Se trata de crear m\u00e1quinas capaces de interactuar como pares con los humanos, a partir de una nueva concepci\u00f3n que integra conocimientos de m\u00faltiples disciplinas. Un estudio de investigadores del Imperial College de Londres desarrolla las bases de esta nueva visi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan un<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperial.ac.uk\/news\/208053\/skills-development-physical-ai-could-cultivate\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">comunicado<\/a>, la denominada Inteligencia Artificial F\u00edsica busca dotar de realismo a los desarrollos en rob\u00f3tica, concretando as\u00ed un viejo sue\u00f1o de la ciencia ficci\u00f3n y de muchos cient\u00edficos: robots aut\u00f3nomos, que puedan interactuar libremente con el entorno y comunicarse naturalmente con los seres humanos, a partir de la integraci\u00f3n entre lo mejor de la inteligencia biol\u00f3gica y la artificial. \u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible dar este pr\u00f3ximo gran paso?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo al trabado desarrollado por los cient\u00edficos brit\u00e1nicos, recientemente publicado en Nature Machine Intelligence, se requiere un cambio de paradigma en la formaci\u00f3n de los nuevos especialistas. El equipo liderado por el profesor Mirko Kovac cree que la ciencia de los materiales, la ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, la inform\u00e1tica, la biolog\u00eda y la qu\u00edmica deber\u00edan ense\u00f1arse como una disciplina combinada en los programas acad\u00e9micos dedicados a la Inteligencia Artificial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de esta formaci\u00f3n transdisciplinaria, los nuevos cient\u00edficos contar\u00e1n con las herramientas necesarias para integrar las caracter\u00edsticas de la inteligencia humana con la artificial, logrando desarrollar robots verdaderamente aut\u00f3nomos y capaces de colaborar con el ser humano en tareas diarias, asistencia en m\u00faltiples campos o actividades especialmente peligrosas o riesgosas.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una verdadera proeza<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbvaopenmind.com\/articulos\/el-futuro-de-la-ia-hacia-inteligencias-artificiales-realmente-inteligentes\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">art\u00edculo<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>publicado en BBVA OpenMind, el cient\u00edfico inform\u00e1tico Ram\u00f3n L\u00f3pez de M\u00e1ntaras explic\u00f3 que aunque el objetivo final de la Inteligencia Artificial es lograr que las m\u00e1quinas desarrollen una \u201cinteligencia de tipo general similar a la humana\u201d, este prop\u00f3sito es sumamente complejo y requiere de esfuerzos conjuntos. En ese texto, M\u00e1ntaras arriesg\u00f3 que dicha proeza \u201ces comparable a otros grandes objetivos cient\u00edficos como explicar el origen de la vida, el origen del universo o conocer la estructura de la materia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En funci\u00f3n de esto, los investigadores del Imperial College de Londres resaltaron que los cient\u00edficos deben salir de la \u201czona de confort\u201d que supone el dominio de una disciplina, para poder trabajar de manera articulada en desarrollos que integren la<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tendencias21.levante-emv.com\/primer-instituto-de-inteligencia-artificial-centrada-en-el-ser-humano_b31839845.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">inteligencia humana<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>con la artificial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl desarrollo de cuerpos de robots se ha retrasado significativamente con respecto a la creaci\u00f3n de robots que son solamente cerebros. A diferencia de la IA digital, que se ha explorado intensamente en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, la Inteligencia Artificial F\u00edsica ha permanecido relativamente inexplorada. Promover su desarrollo es crucial para una nueva etapa en la cual se busque integrar la inteligencia biol\u00f3gica a la rob\u00f3tica\u201d, indic\u00f3 Mirko Kovac.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cambios profundos<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los robots de la IA F\u00edsica ser\u00e1n completamente diferentes a los que conocemos en la actualidad.
